Downloading iTunes 9 right now. Looks like Apple's servers are getting hammered though, curl predicts my download will be completed in ∞ seconds.

My download speed is dropping all the time! It was 220KB/s when I started and it's now only 70KB/s and dropping all the time... I guess others found the link too

It was v. 8 for a bit there. It just updated to 9 now.

my download burned through the first 25.1MB like mad and now it's screeched to a halt. Why can't you all just pause your downloads so I can finish mine?

Maybe because I was getting it from US site Quitted and started new from Finland's site and getting 210KB/s now

Well over 700 KB/s here...or at least that was the speed when I started typing, it's now dropped to 44.8 KB/s and still slowing down

i just got it. I noticed that when i clicked on "about iTunes" it brings up the normal iTunes 9 screen, and all the legal stuff starts scrolling. But what caught my eye, was that Blu-Ray came up. Interesting. I don't have a BR player, but there have been reports that iTunes 9 would have BR support built in....
