iTunes Match Bug in iOS11.3

Hello, after updating to iOS11.3 any music that I add to iTunes Match on my computer doesn't show up on my iPhone or iPad (both running 11.3). I've never had issues like this until 11.3.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
