I ordered one last week... before I knew about all the possible new stuff.... I'm hoping they will either not update the macbook, or give me a new one! The order is due to be dispatched tomorrow:confused:
 
Well after three hours of reading this thread, posting here and there, with the event in sight by 20 mins, I'm going to go to the Gym. Will be interested to see the stream afterwards.

I wouldn't worry. I own a macbook, and I'm not nervous one bit. maybe the macbook pro would see an update, but I don't forsee an update for at least a month or two.

So mate, I take it the stream aint going to work for you even though your cracking an all nighter, because your on dialup?
 
I want updated Cinema Display. Only because I need to buy one soon. It wont happen, but an iSight in there would be cool. Maybe a new design. Who knows.
 
i'll add another to the list. it's only a matter of minutes now. i can't believe i'm pulled into this drama as much as the next guy. i just want to order a computer...

I think the specs were improved with the recent price drops, so i'm not sure about that one. I just want to see that next regular ipod, but i don't think it's going to be announced today.

Hopefully we get high def 1080 or 720 movies...

I'm going to be perturbed if my new 24" that shows up friday 9/15 (originally slated for 9/22 whoohoo for showing up early) is only going to be used to play 480.

You are correct sir. I'll get 5 seconds of The Black Eyed Peas, then nothing, then more music, then nothing, then more music.

By the time Steve gets on stage the sun will be coming up.

I'll watch the text updates and then the event later today at the net café on their fast internet.
