its always been a soft pull for me

It absolutely was me for, I have my credit frozen and got an alert the second I submitted to that they tried to run a hard inquiry

Pre-pre-order setup with the Upgrade Program is done. I'm ready to go on Friday morning.

Their servers might be slammed with people all trying at the same time. I'd just retry later as a first step.

Looks like TransUnion. You’ll need to keep any unfreeze(s) until after the phone ships. I ran into this one year where I unfroze my accounts for pre-approval and re-froze them. The actual funding/purchase failed so I had to unfreeze again and have them try again.

mine is saying i have a balance even though i don’t ….. it’s weird
