Works great - I really do like the mouse for Expose', second button and Dashboard.

Apples Wireless Mouse is crappy, plus it was a nice excuse to get into the Apple Store and play with the Intel stuff and the iPod HiFi (both of which were broken, by the way  ).

Awesome thread! :D What's amazing to me is just how mighty the thing is! I mean, you just ran it over with a car and it looks as if you simply disassembled the thing neatly on your desk and then placed it in pieces next to the tire. :p Wow! I hope mine doesn't have similar problems because I have heard a fair amount of people complain about the mighty mouse in the past. I love mine dearly! :)

The thing is, even though they evntually start giving fits, I love the mouse and went out and bought another today.

Sad, I know.

Kind of like Henry VIII, your peripherals don't do what you want, so you have them killed and purchase a new one :D

Well when that mouse goes maybe you can be more creative in your destruction technique. There has to be a million ways to kill a mouse.

When Apple come out with a wireless Mighty Mouse (which we all know is going to happen someday..), do you plan on buying one iGary?

No, I don't like the skips and lag time with a wireless mouse. They're heavy, too.

I'm thinking I may find a junk microwave and put it in there. :D

You didn't bring your car into the Apple Store again, did you, iGary? ;)

Dear Mr. iGary

We have received a letter from your condo association that has concerned us greatly. It has come to our attention that you have used one of our vehicles in a public execution or ritual that involved an innocent small animal, and have posted pictures of this event on the internet.

We ask that you remove all pictures posted on the web, and associated links before the due date of March 24 2006 at 8pm . Honda does not condone these types of acts, and will not tolerate any pictures of cars using our trademarked colors or body lines to be used for this type of display.

We hope you enjoy your Honda for many years to come, just never again in the way you have recently displayed.

Sincerely,

Crap.

That's too funny. I don't like the mighty mouse either. The side-click-squeeze thing is stupid, and you have to squeeze so fracking hard. (Yeah I watch a lot of BSG) I like the scroll ball tho.

Before you do that to anything expensive and functional, give me a PM.

All this fuss about the mighty mouse, I remember the days when we all had one button on our Macs and we were all happy (except for those switchers who couldn't figure out how to live without the other button, and for those people that insist on having big 8 button mice).

C'mon, you already ran it over. If you put the mouse in the microwave, I am calling the Humane Society!! :D

Couldn't you have just brought that one in and had it swapped?!
Then who would he be the drama queen? (and I mean that with sincere respect). :)

I'm coming in reallly late to this thread, but....

Aw, the poor little mousie! Mine squealed in protest when I clicked on the images. I had to reassure it that it won't suffer a similar fate. I hope you don't tell your new mousie what you did to the previous one!

Ever thought of getting the Logitech G7 or MX1000? I just ordered the G7 laser mouse for $65 w/ free shipping on Amazon. It comes with 2 rechargeable batteries that get 8 hrs. of life (supposedly). It's not bluetooth, but it has much better tracking then even the mighty mouse.

Face it man, they are on to you and your sadistic rodent-eradicating rituals! Soon several men in VERY black suits will be banging on your door. They will have papers with them that will declare you, your car, & your tires a menace to society and ordering you to surrender yourself & all related materials to the Collective for immediate assimilation. I would STRONGLY suggest that you get your personal affairs in order real quick, as this may be the last time we hear from you, your rodents, or your computer. So long dude, it's been nice knowin you...........
