What would be the point of restoring the iphone 4? Doesn't the jb work on it? Once the device is jbroken what difference does it make how you initially did it?

Because of the unionfs (file system) he mentioned. Cydia takes far less time on the reloading data screen with it.
 
The camera connection kit not working would be big, I was just waiting on the jailbreak to buy one so I could use the file system and such to get more use out of it. But I don't have it yet to try, if anyone does please try it.

No bugs here yet. It did get hung up on a respiring and force me to hard reset, but that can happen on any jailbreak.

so redsnow doesn't use unionfs? I wonder if they will update it if not. For what it is worth, I recall reading at some point he didn't remove unionfs.

Glitches are temporary and go away with time. Bugs, are alive and so they remain around until dealt with, that is until they are squashed (I'm serious btw no jesting).

So I'm jailbroken on 4.3 no major problems or really any minor, should i jus stay where I'm at or jus restore to 4.3.3 while I can and jus re jailbreak with comex.

Guys, i am new to Ipad and the forum, got the Ipad2 recentely and as all of you went to Jailbreakme.com but i cant see the Free or Install button. it asks to use webkit or firefox. Any idea what is that?

Go to settings > Safari, and clear your cache, then go back to the website and it should say 'free' under the app!

Actually none of the fronscreen apps are loading. Says cannot locate package...help
 
Ipad 64 GB White

Loaded with no issues. Tried loading SBSettings and failed on first attempt. Second attempt was successful. Running beautifully. Amazing! :eek:
 
worked great on my ipad 2 (version 4.3 and 4.3.3)

BUT can't get ifile to see my camera connection kit? is there some setting i should enable?
