Jailbreakme.com is blocked by websense

Can someone download the final pdf file from jailbreakme.com and upload it to another website? In Afghanistan websense blocks jailbreakme.com therefore I can't jailbreak  I have the iPad 2 Wifi 4.3.3 if that helps.

32gb wifi only, worked perfectly! (and seems like the battery is as good as normal!)

Used JailBreakMe on the iPad 2 WiFi, no problem.

Seems like YouTube is running slower. Went and got my iPhone 4 (running on the same network) and it's fast...so...any reason why the jailbreak would slow down or otherwise affect YouTube?

EDIT: Nevermind....just so I don't leave this issue hanging to confound others who might read this post, I don't believe jailbreakme caused any WiFi or YouTube issues...it seems the issue is with the router...just a coincidence the problem showed up at the same time I did the jailbreak.

Please anyone helps me, I still can't install Cydia on version 4.3.3 what can I do now? I have ipad2 3g 64gb version 4.3.3 and when I clicked "Install" it disappears.

Same thing...Cydia icon goes from loading to installing and disappears. I'm also on iPad2 3G 64GB v4.3.3.

Edit: restored 4.3.3, then before restoring from backup, tried jailbreakme.com and Cydia installed fine. Finishing restore from backup...hopefully, Cydia will still be there.

I just tried to upgrade from 4.3 to 4.3.3 before doing a jailbreak and iTunes gave me an error saying "The iPad "*****" cannot me updated. This device is not eligible for the requested build.

Just a normal upgrade on iTunes. What gives?

I know everyone is hitting the sources hard at the moment, but does anyone know how I can manually force all sources to refresh? thx fellas

nevermind - got it to work

Make sure tiny umbrella didn't insert anything into your hosts file. If it did, remove it and restate iTunes and try again.

The Camera Connection Kit doesn't work.

Yikes...apple cck does not work...this is bad...am working on an imovie project now...or usb thumbdrives (that worked flawlessly prior to the jb)

Tested on wifi model as well as 3g+wifi model.. Both unresponsive with cck..

Any solution? Anyone? Tks in advance..

RetinaPad works fine for me. Are you guys using the legit one (paid $2.99 for)?

I posted this in the other thread, but will post it here also for bugs/glitches.

The big problem with the beta jb from few days ago is that the Wifi doesn't connect to networks with passwords (not the ones you already had passwords saved for before the jb). You can also test the wifi issue by seeing if you can turn off/on wifi in SBSettings drop down menu. It might have been fixed. Let me know if anyone tests that out.

yup i had the same problem before when i tried the leak. you can't even save vpn settings. however that's all been eliminated. airplane mode works. even using sbsettings. works flawlessly for me so far & i couldn't identify any bugs. some say the boot time is slow but mine boots up in less than 10 sec.

Thanks bud, I'll start from scratch to jb again.

Yes of course! It was Tiny Umbrella. I unchecked the button for setting the server to Cydia on exit, hit Apply, Quit, restarted iTunes and it's good. Thanks!

Did the jailbreak. Amazingly fast and easy.

Is this working for 3G iPads? (4.3.3 ATT 3G 64GB)

(with no consequences that is)

Works fine with my 32GB 3G ATT. Another glitch or bug (don't know what to call this one) is that when I hold onto an app to move it to a folder, it is very slow to respond. I have to wait maybe 10 seconds to for it to jiggle so I can move it.

Cannot Locate Package

My iPad 2 Wifi installed fine, but couldn't locate most packages, so I re-jailbroke... same thing. Do I need to manually enter a different big boss source to have sbsettings & the like available to me? When I refresh in the updates section, I get a bunch of "Failed to Fetch" errors.

Thanks!

I can't get SBSettings to install after trying multiple times, it's the only thing I've tried so far. I keep getting timeouts and different parts fail each time, this past time I got two "Host Unreachable" messages after sbsettingstoggles was done installing.

Mine's basically the same issue.

Im guessing this is just because servers are getting slammed right now - but are others having issues adding repos or downloading files? I keep getting failed to fetch errors and whatnot.

That's going to happen, at least right away and especially with how long we've been waiting for a jailbreak. The servers are going to be slammed for a little while.

So just keep checking back & refreshing? Or do we manually need to add a different Big Boss Source?
