Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus Pre-Orders Shipping Sooner Than Expected

I was like others in the most recent threads (JB, 256, 7+--was scheduled 10/18-31 now shipped). However, the UPS saga seems to continue. Apple said delivery by 9/30, when I originally looked on UPS' site it says 9/27 but now there's no date and the phone hasn't updated beyond the location scan in China.
Is there anyone like myself who has the estimated delivery date of Oct 4-10 but is still in processing mode? I mean I'm seeing people here on this thread who has a later delivery date than I do but thier items are allready shipped! I mean what gives!?
Delivery date Oct 5th-12 still processing no update since 9th september its just processing i guess apple is paying extra attention to our phones!!
Dude this is crazy! I mean they better give us either a gift card or a discount on this iPhone lol! In all seriousness what was the point of staying up for preorder if there are people who ordered this phone a later than we did and they are in thier way to thier doorsteps?
Nope it's apple dude they won't give you anything free because i called them several times last week and all they said was wait till Oct 5th because thats the date we have got to fulfill your order.According to Apple we stayed up for pre-ordering because there is no other way we could have got the Jet Black iphone until december.We have no choice dude just sit back and keep updating each other on the situation.Damn Apple!!!

Very true! I went through this before when I exchanged the iPhone 6 for the iPhone 6 Plus it was a 3-4 week wait but man! This phone is worth it!

They are playing with me, after getting a tracking number Saturday and a date of Tuesday for delivery now my phone has sat in China ever since and says Delivery Date Unknown? This happening to anyone else?

Apparantly I just saw an article saying that the jet black iPhones is extremly difficult to manufacture. Wow man we are about to have super rare iPhones!
Nah, you're definitely not alone....I'm still stuck in November processing. Not expecting anything for a while based on how it's looking. But I'm happy that I've grown enough that I'm not angry about not having it even though my wife has hers lol! Wait...what am I saying!! I need my iPhone nOOOOOOOOOw lol. It'll get here, but I do hate the word "processing" now haha!

They charged my card yesterday around noon, and changed the Status to Preparing For Shipping!
Early morning I got notification that the phone was shipped, it was 4 - 10 Oct range, Tracking says it will be here on Oct 3rd.

Difficult to manufacture and impossible to ship!!!Apple should have known better they are launching a new colour definitely the demand is going to be high should have manufactured atleast enough units that could ship on launch day or soon after that before september end we should have all had the phones with us.
Yeah I think I understand now what's happening and we just lose visibility while the shipment is en route. I got the UPS my choice that I have a delivery for tomorrow.

yeah!!! I was driving when I got the message that my card has been charged, I wanted to park and see the details but I was driving on the freeway lol
