Jet Black was a trap.

Worked out on the Apple Store app about ten minutes after 1am mountain.

I don't believe anyone would get a JB (JB 7+ 128gb to be specific) on launch 9/16. Even the iPhone 7 Silver has a delivery date of 9/22 - 9/26 and I refuse to believe this model is out of stock for a launch date.

Of course it also depends on a couple factors (which carriers, where you order it)

First.. I feel like that's the most unpopular color for the past 3 years. ATLEAST! I never see anyone with that color..

Secondly. By noon today. Jet Black will be December. Easily.

I got a couple of these just to flip. Delivers the 16th. Other two on 28th. Looks like the 128gb jet black is the one to sell. Hopefully shipping goes to December or later.

No biggie for me. Not like I am hating my iPhone 6S with iOS 10.

Did anyone get the option to reserve a jet black 7 Plus for in store pickup? Apple APP showed unavailable for all Jet Black 7+ from the preorder start.

Best I could do was get into 1-2 week Sept 26-Oct3 delivery group.
 
For those jet black orders coming in October: September has now been officially lengthened. It will be the longest September on record.
 
I surmise they should at least have some Jet Black 7+ units in stock on launch day? The Apple Store in Dubai is a 5 minute walk from my place, so I'm definitely trying to grab one on launch day if I can. If I do, I'll be more than happy to cancel my preorder.

Man I wish I thought to go for that size instead of the 128! I couldn't even get verizon to show that I could buy the iPhone 7 plus. It kept saying it would let me know when it was ready to order. It took me 15 minutes to freaking order! My days is 10/5.

Easier to get a hyped sneaker release than a 9/16 Jet Black 7+ lol.

I don't care about scratches anyway. Just keeping it for a year until the 2017 iPhone :). I am a little bit salty that I ordered the Jet Black on accident though. Wanted the matte black, but Verizon's order page was a bit wonky.
 
My Verizon 7 Plus says I'll get it October 26 but when i click on "Check your order" in the email, their site says it will be shipped out November 2nd. Wtf

The phone will come with a SIM card tied to your account so you can just setup the phone and use.

The micro abrasions will mess with the light refraction and you will no longer have a glossy phone. It will be matte! I'm using a case!

I have had a black car before.. the swirl marks will drive you crazy!

I grabbed a clear Spigen case from Amazon immediately after submitting my order. As soon as it comes out of the box its going straight to the case!

I got up just before 5 am local (CDT), and the iPhone 7+ 128GB Black is estimated delivery Sept 23. So, for 3 hours of sleep, I wait an extra week.

Some things I don't want to do again. Wake up middle of night to pre-order a phone. Stand in line real early in the morning at a store on Black Friday. Fly red eye. Fly red eye already broken as of next January.

Just ordered this AM through verizon, delivery date of the 23rd, feels good man.....
 
Didn't hear my alarm until 9 minutes pass order open times.

Got JB 7+ 128 with sipping dates October 19 - November 1st. Damn.
