Someone is going to lose a few fingers for this. Right now Tim is throwing his trash can and a few chairs around the office.
I actually heard that Tim Cook is rolling around on the floor laughing because the dummy prototype that he planted for Prosser has the entire MR community going crazy ...

ipunch hole , like Androids have had for years. I think I’d prefer that if that’s the best they can come up with. More usable menu bar space again. Might even get the battery % back.

Flat back .. probably thicker phone. 12 Pro Max already too heavy though but the titanium might help. I once had a titanium watch and it was so light.

The thicker the better, 5000 mAh battery. 😍

why is it that whenever a new iPhone is about to be released, there's always news about the next iPhone that's supposedly "better" than the one that's about to be released and causing people to think about buying the one that'as about to come out and consider waiting another year for the next iPhone that has better features? (deliberately trying to make this sentence as long as possible to test auto-correct)

I get some people don’t like Jon Prosser. He may not be everyone’s cup of tea.. but his design predictions have been pretty spot on for the most part. Air Tags, IMacs and colors, the iphone 13…we don’t know about the MacBook Pro design predictions yet. But I wouldn’t really blow this off because of dislike for jon

still getting the 13.. because I upgrade yearly. But this is a fun potential leak.

I will say though, leaking as a whole has somewhat ruined excitement
July 2021 release of 14" Mini LED MBP? Agree, spot on:) I ordered:)

I love to read - and when I've had my fill of science fiction fantasy, there will always be Jon Prosser and MacRumors.

But my 12 will be paid right RIGHT when the 14 comes out. Will not be able to resist.
Weak you are 😀 but it will not be anything like the renders. Apple will get rid of the charging port, heck, why have a SIM tray? There will be design evolution next Tuesday, new design with the 14, more likely the 15. I seriously wonder, if there are phones in 2023-2025 or if it gets transformed in, lets say, glasses? Who needs a phone if whats on the horizon comes thru?
I keep my 12mini until there is no more service. There is nothing they can put into a phone that would make me spend another $1000 anytime soon. Except those glasses......

I've been guiltily watching the Sotheby's Real Estate ATV app, and some of those multi-million dollar houses are just so crap when it comes to the kitchens! I'm shocked I tell you!

One recent viewed property had a smallish weirdly appointed actually bizarre small kitchen, and also had a 'caterers kitchen' that was bigger than my great room, and had just about every gizmo and burner you could imagine. It was easily twice the size of the main house 'real' kitchen, and was just so odd and totally out of place. Who would want to hobble their huge expensive house with a joke of a kitchen, UNLESS you had hired a cooking staff that made all of your meals. So, why have a 'show' kitchen at all if all the real stuff is made in the 'caterers kitchen'.

I'm glad I don't have too much money to count. I would still like to be able to burn something once in a while, and have to eat it because... But I found out that people binge watch that app, so I feel less sneaky, yet still wonder who these people are that own that stuff. Yikes...

And so many of the houses look so *something*, like I could never ever imagine living in some of those places. Wow... Nope... Weird...

I’ve never seen that show, I wonder if the ones with tiny kitchens are all older homes? I’ve been in a few really old historical mansions and none of them had much of a kitchen. I wouldn’t be surprised if that house with the caterers kitchen did have a full time year round staff, some of the things the super wealthy have these days is insane.

If I had the money to build a dream kitchen I’d mostly just want something spacious with lots of counter and cabinet space, and one of those dual setups. The most important thing for me though, would be to have at least one sink and countertop that’s raised up about a foot higher than the standard height, as a tall person having to constantly bend over to wash dishes or do any sort of food prep is hell.

Lots of them do look horrible, totally overdone and cheesy looking, but I’ve found some that are beautiful and functional.

These rumors so close to an announcement are just depressing, especitally when they're about the 'next-next' iPhone. Unless I missed the rumor about skipping number 13.

See you Tuesday!

The display and back sandwiching the frame is also really reminiscent of the iP4.

Dang, this is a dream mockup. I wish they could make a product like this.

I stopped reading at "Jon Prosser."
I like him. He's as accurate as others, when predicting far off releases. He's pretty honest about it from what I have seen, and has a sense of humor about it. So what if he's not 100% accurate. Rumors and speculation sites are just for fun any way.

Apple should replace round buttons with a button that looks like a + and one that looks like a -

would be more meaningful because many people ask me at the boutique where I sell phones…

Also with haptic and sound feedback about what is does. Get rid of the mute lock button with a double click one it or maybe a Digital Crown like system.

or change the button design so we can use it for music like we do with the mic volume button so we can play pause stop fast go backward without having to look at the screen…

also this is really boring once you have seen foldables..

That is true recently, but before that it was two-year iterations:

iPhone 3G/3GS
iPhone 4/4S
iPhone 5/5S (and 5c)

Those were 9 years ago and older... that said, I get it and things change. the rumors are coming fast and furious from more sources they are going to a hole punch camera on the Pro models next year so i guess perhaps this time they might really be jumping early.

Doubt it, these screens, 120hz, and punch hole design have been around for a while now, we didn’t see a price hike with the re design iPhone 12 series.

Most of the tech in these upcoming phones have been around for a while now.

Not expecting a price increase.

There will absolutely be a price increase next year. There are too many price increases that manufacturers are dealing with for there not to be, not to mention inflation. All that remains is to figure out how much it will be. So far millennials haven’t been phased by rampant inflation, they’re spending just as much as they were before, so it doesn’t look good.

Keep in mind Samsung has been selling their top flagships at a premium compared to Apple so there is definitely room for Apple to increase prices without losing too many customers.
