I also wanted to thank the person who posted the promo code, worked great for me. I just ordered the smartsuit3 in silver. I just went to best buy, target, apple store and Walmart. None of those places had what I was looking for. Hopefully the smartsuit, fits my iPad 3rd gen.

Thanks for posting code. Have used Smartsuit 2 for a year and was very pleased with it. Hate that I have to buy another one, but guess I'll just sell it with iPad 2 to sweeten deal. The Joy Factory originally advertised as leather, but when I emailed to complain that it wasn't, they denied they claimed it was leather and quickly removed leather from online description. It's not being leather wasn't particularly a deal breaker for me tho. I don't use 4 fold cover as stand so don't know if complaints about it's functionality are valid. As far as it's appearance, overall I'm pleased. IMO the texture on front and back looks nice; makes grip sure and defies dirt/oil from hands/grime. The smooth areas mixed with textured surface on back is also a nice touch.

Maintaining that clean appearance is very important to me. Thanks for the info! I also like that textured appearance.

Had that issue, try it with a different browser. I tried to use chrome and got that error. Tried with internet explorer (crap I know) but it worked. Now im curious if they accounted for the magnets issue with apple changing the location of them in the Smartsuit 3. I posted a question on their wall but have yet to get a response.

I called their California office this morning, and was told you could purchase their products from the UK reseller here:

No problem. Glad it worked.

I actually cancelled my order with them. I got a Targus Versavu from best buy. Even though on/off magnets don't work. I kind of like the case especially when I am in class. I did however call Targus and they are going to send me a fully functioning case at no cost. I will wait till the reviews for the Smartsuit3 come out and hopefully a reseller will have a better price. Honestly, it's way over priced. Most I would pay for that case is $40. It prolly costs them 5-6 bucks to make it. Their shipping charges are outrageous I mean cmon ship with USPS priority in a padded envelope and it will get here faster than UPS/Fedex ground and it will cost less.

While the reviews are good for the smartsuit3, I just don't like the build quality of the front cover from videos I have seen on youtube. It does look like it stays on very well.. seems floppy. I am leaning towards of the folio. I had the CEO Hybrid for my ipad 2 and loved it but I wan't something lighter this time around

Can you link me to said video on the Smartsuit3? I can't find anything on YouTube
