I have started doing some runs first thing, before I go into the office, since I can definitely get in a run then. And I do notice the (relatively) nicer temperature and humidity then.Glad mines easy (for me) as this heat makes it so hard. Did a 2 mile run at 6:15 am as it was already too hot in the garage for the cross trainer.

Same here - after running in South Carolina and Florida when I was younger, I have gotten used to the heat and humidity.I just suck it up and run in the heat and humidity in the late afternoon. I’m a masochist 😂. You do get used to it though after a few times.
Will probably do an afternoon walk today...1:15 and only 84℉ with all clouds and a slight breeze. Low humidity. Best afternoon in weeks! Same here. I wasn't sure if I could close all three rings every day, but as of yesterday I have been able to do just that (760 calories / 30 minutes / 12 hours standing). At this point I do not want to let up. 🏃♂️6 more days of closing those rings. Then we will see what hours August has in store.
