Essentially a Perfect Month for all 3 Rings. Should be doable.

Backup regularly (several times a day) so that if something goes wrong with your watch, you still have time to hit the stand goal if you need to take it to the genius bar and it needs to be reset/replaced. It's the only ring I haven't closed in the last year and a half. (Once when I didn't have time to close the stand ring due to a watch issue.)

31,000 cals - will push me but give it a go as I managed last month via 300km distance. Avoiding injury is hard part.

As for 95,900 cals that makes no sense at all to me, lol. Are you a professional athlete or coal miner or something?

Just when I asked Apple for a slightly easier one this month, they've gone **** no! 1900 minutes of exercise in a month, average of 60 per day.

I have no idea how I'm going to be able to do that.

Reboot your watch and phone. If it doesn't prompt it, it's likely that the challenge was something you didn't meet on the 1st, and thus has disappeared. I always reboot my phone & watch about 10 minutes into a new month. I also don't use any beta builds because for me it's not worth untested software breaking everything I've worked for.

I’m doing okay, so far. Walking and gym a couple of times this week. It’s at the weekend where I struggle.

Apple considers us all athletes. I'm flattered, but no.

You should consider yourself an athlete, even if you're only competing against yourself (and maybe your friends and family). You just have to figure out what you enjoy and find ways to keep yourself motivated.

I'm personally working on running a marathon in every state. I've run 36 marathons in 26 states so far, and I'm signed up to run marathons in 3 new states in September, December, and March (Sioux Falls, SD; Seattle, WA; and Atlanta, GA). I also go on crazy running adventures with fellow runners, all of whom I consider athletes, even if most will never win a race. (I seldom win races either.)

I hit my june challenge on the next to last day with 3150 minutes of exercise. July is an somewhat easier goal. Double move goal 16 times. Will most likely hit it but I am going on vacation for 20 days so maybe that will ruin it for me.

mine is to do 15 minute workouts at least 15 times within the month.

Looks like a joke compared to the stuff people are posting here :p

Rest day from the gym, managed 70 minutes of exercise just by walking to and from work.

I need only 11. Since I do at least one 15 minute workout a day just to trigger the weekly achievement, I'll be good by next week at the latest.

Well that was easy.

Now the wait to see what August has in store. I doubt it will be so simple. :D

Ok. I’m gonna have to step it up. My goal this month is to record 1400 exercise minutes. This meant that as of the first off the month, I needed to average just over 45 minutes per day.

I put together a fancy spreadsheet this weekend. I can go in each day and record my total minutes for that day, and then the spreadsheet does a calculation and tells me how many minutes I need to average the rest of the month to achieve my goal. I’m currently up to 51.

I better step my game up!!

I'm stepping my game up too! Coming into the month, I had just returned from a vacation that involved many days of very long hiking adventures, so my legs were pretty tired. I took the week "off", averaging just over 1,000 calories per day (my goal is to average 1,650). I was going to take the month off and not worry about the challenge, but I decided today to see if I can make an effort to meet it. Since I took that first week off, now I need to average 1,722 calories per day. Bring it on Apple!

I have to close all 3 rings every day this month. I have every month since Jan except March and I was kind of looking forward to wearing my mechanical watches a little bit this month. Guess that will have to wait. I could blow off the challenge but oh well. Sometimes I feel like a slave to my watch. Lol!!!

I got lucky. I work at a call centre so I don't get to use my Watch as much as I'd like. My challenge was to close all 3 rings, three times in the month of July Which I did last night:cool:

But I will admit I got lucky
