    Going to review this when I get home ASAP.

    I will be posting.

    I will be comparing

    Late 2013 2.3 Ghz 15 rMBP Haswell (Crystal Well), 16 GB, Intel HD 5200, Nvidia 750M

    with

    Late 2012 2.3 Ghz 15 rMBP Ivy Bridge, 8GB, Intel HD 4000, Nvidia 650 M

    Really curious about how hot it runs compared to previous model.

    Congrats but please do us a favor. Really (and I mean really) put it through its paces before reviewing. So many new MBP owners can't seem to suppress their zeal long enough to give nothing more than glowing, flowery first impressions. :)

    Congrats!

    After you take your time enjoying and experiencing your brand new rig,
    Please lord take some GPU benchmarks if you could.

    Also I'm curious if you are planning on running Bootcamp or planning on any gaming with it?

    Thanks in advance!

    You get about "483.48 GB" free out of the box.

    Looking good, sir. I'm anticipating this review also; i'm torn between the specs you've just purchased vs the 2.6ghz option.

    Would you mind running dota2 natively on both the iris and the 750?

    Starting off with GeekBench 3.

    2.3 Ghz Haswell rMBP =>

    Single-Core = 3077
    Multi-Core = 11566

    2.3 Ghz Ivy Bridge rMBP

    Single-Core = 2824
    Multi-Core = 10707

    Haswell is (1 - 2824/3077) * 100 => 8.22 % faster single core
    and
    Haswell (1 - 10707/11566) * 100 => 7.43 % faster multi-core

    So basically your new shiny 2.3 Ghz Haswell rMBP is less than 9% faster cpu wise than the 1+ year old 2.3 Ghz Ivy Bridge base rMBP.

    When I was setting up the development environment. Setting up included installing programs using the package manager home brew.

    I didn't notice a difference in wait time (this is subjective) from my ivy bridge rMBP.

    You might notice it if your not using a rMBP or using the previous 13 inch one.
