I don't think you get separate stars for your first indoor and outdoor walk/run/cycle so you? Isn't it one for your first walking workout, one for your first running workout etc? I've certainly only got one for walking and have done both indoor and outdoor walking workouts.

I moved my calorie goal down from 800 to 600 when I went on holiday; I'd put it back up to 660 when I got the 2X award but I can't seen me making it to 3X, much less 4X. I'd need to be working out all day, I think. (Or, you know, actually running or something equally improbable.)

Everyone has different health & fitness goals. Ideally your daily goal would be a regular day where you are moving around with some exercise. You shouldn't be getting 4x every day, only on days where you run or bike a lot or whatever you do. But 800 is wayyyy to high IMO.

Hate to say I can be swayed by some little award on my phone/watch but it is nice to see. Congrats to all of you with your awards. It does feel great when you get one and it's nice to see so many of you with colored achievements. Last night I was ready to go to bed, super tired and was about to take my watch off when I decided to check my rings. Was so close to completing the move ring for the day that I walked around the house a few times to put it over what I needed. Feeling like Pavlov's dog sometimes haha. I have to say I like the colors that Apple chose for this app too and the rings are a nice graphical design.

I actually think Apple needs to allow us to be more specific when it comes to goals. Just setting a daily goal is too broad. We need to be able to set a baseline daily goal, but then set a higher goal that needs to be achieved X number of days per week. Everyone needs to take days off from exercise, so generally we need to set our daily goal to a value we can achieve on our rest days. But doing so makes it too easy to cheat on the non-rest days.

For me personally, I've not been able to achieve a perfect month yet because I've set my goal at 700. Most weeks I can hit this number every day, but then I end up having to work late one day (8:00 or 9:00 PM) and everything goes out the window. From a weight loss perspective I can make up for this missed day over the following day or two, but the Apple watch doesn't care about that.

I've gotten the 300% "honestly" (doing bouts of long exercise during a week where I had a "normal" Move goal set), but any 400% awards I've received have always been the result of forgetting to re-set my goal back to normal after lowering it in expectation of a sedentary day. Anyone who gets the 400% by honest means has my respect!

These silly awards have such an addictive mental component-- I'm still furious I didn't realize that only the Move goal counted towards the monthly awards. I gave up on May halfway through because I had missed the Stand goal a few times and thought it didn't matter if I let my Move one slide considering I'd written off that month anyway. More fool me...!

Was very chuffed to have gotten the 100 day goal a while ago, and I'm on track for August, too. Glad to see they're having a (mostly) positive impact on others, as well, but as the poster above mentioned, greater flexibility in OS2 would be wonderful.

I can't get this sucker!

Today, i have had my Watch for over 3 weeks and my traning time was over 120 min. Highest before today was 97 min but i still dock get The achivement. Why? :(

Do i have to log a activity with the traning app on the specific day for it to work?

What does the 1000 move goals look like? I replaced my phone, and thought I had my phone data backed up, but it wasn't encrypted... Lost it all..... Now I've got to get back up to the 500/1000 moves...

No one will know what the 1000 looks like for another 800-ish days, unless someone can find a photo of it in iOS9. But I highly doubt it is there. Probably won't be introduced into code until iOS 11. It would just be a waste of code and space as of now.

I was able to get the 400% from a 17 hour day at Disneyland. My goal on that day was 500 calories, ended up burning like 2200. I think I walked 28 miles. Exhausting.

Forgot to multi-quote - sorry all!

I got my 400% move goal by running a marathon. My move goal was set at 700. I had recently gotten the watch and was going off of the apps recommendation.

My original Move goal was set high to keep me active every day. Reaching that Move goal did not happen unless I made an effort, but I still hit it most days. Took me ages to get a perfect week, though. I hit the 300% goal once, after a day of brisk walking all day plus two intensive 45 minute workouts.

Then a couple of months ago, I broke my foot, so I ignored my Move goal for two weeks of bed rest and the following six weeks on crutches, and then set it to a really low goal (500kJ/121 cal) as I started to gradually move about again. I am letting it inch back up again each week and it is now only at 600kJ but I am getting more mobile and have hit the 400% goal twice - but both times, my foot got really inflamed and swollen.

It took me a few months, but I finally unlocked all the achievements I could. I did a lot of exercise one day in the first 10 days I had the watch, so that took a long time to beat, and I just got the 7 15 minute workouts today after going on some bike rides this week! Yay! Bragging rights that nobody else cares about....

Now you have got all your achievements what happens next?
Do you get new ones to work towards or is that it?
Well done btw! Good work!

Finally got my 'Gold Star" for Rowing a couple of days ago. Now I just have Walking to go. I don't really walk so not sure how I can get it.

I have almost all of them. Just waiting on March 2017 and then 500 days.

Very jealous. I would have 500+ as well if Apple could create a proper way to save health data that doesn't require a restore from a backup. I've lost a 300 day streak a 180 days streak and now I'm at 173 days.

Archievements are useless/meaningless! You will love Walgreen's reward program with all archievements.... :)

I don't agree with the achievements are "Useless" and I believe you are being sarcastic. But these achievements can be difficult and tasking to achieve. I think it's great Apple developed the idea for the Milestones achieved. It creates a gateway what someone had to overcome to the physical tasks to acquire the achievements. And it motivates the indvidual to keep pushing yourself.
