I don't agree with the achievements are "Useless" and I believe you are being sarcastic. But these achievements can be difficult and tasking to achieve. I think it's great Apple developed the idea for the Milestones achieved. It creates a gateway what someone had to overcome to the physical tasks to acquire the achievements. And it motivates the indvidual to keep pushing yourself.

Now tell me did you get ALL of them? I bet you didn't :)

My 400% took me a full 10 hour day at work and running 13 miles afterwards. 2,300 calories lol. I've had my watch for 2 years and just now started doing achievements. Wish I didn't wait this long to do it. Have everything unlocked except the day streaks. Which I'm at 20 now.

I had to do some serious work to get my achievement badges. I got my AW in July 15 but didn't start my collection until August 15. My favourite badge is the 5K 'turkey trot' because I got it in Scotland, (I had to do the 5K twice - it didn't record the first time:eek::eek:) I then lost it in the last update :eek:but managed to get it back again with some creative thinking:):)

I still have to walk and get my last solid Gold Star badge.

I have almost all of them. Just waiting on March 2017 and then 500 days.

Wait. 12 star awards? As far as I know, there's the following possibilities for the stars:

1. Outdoor Walk/Indoor Walk
2. Indoor Cycle/Outdoor Cycle
3. Stair Stepper
4. Rower
5. Elliptical
6. Indoor Run/Outdoor Run
7. High Intensity Interval Training
8. Swimming *

* I'm guessing on the Swimming as I have an Apple Watch Series 1 and that's not an option for me.

What am I missing? Thanks in advance for your reply!

Side note: I've exercised 247 minutes so far today and still haven't reached 400%. Back at it... I only have 98 minutes left today to hit it.

You get a Frame Star on your first workout. Then you get a Solid Star when you set a calorie burn record. This takes some minimum number of Workouts, maybe 10 or 20.

Thank you for the explanation. I had just come back to the thread to say I figured it out. I thought the Frame Star simply filled.

Is there one for Swimming for those that have the Series 3? I'm wondering what else I'm missing only having an S0. I'm on my way to another 400% day trying to fill in the Frame Stars.

To be clear, you get credit for 5 minute workouts to earn Frame Stars. On the 5th workout, burn calories higher than any of the previous 4 and you'll get the Solid Star. (That's what I've read elsewhere.)
