How would the red leather case start to look over time?
I got an Apple black leather case for my 6 and noticed that it moves and makes a subtle sound when I grip the phone beneath the power button. It's like the case isn't flush with the phone there. I've made sure it's on right and there doesn't seem to be a problem with my phone. It's just that one spot beneath the power button.

I can't speak to the new iPhone six cases, but my mother-in-law has a red iPhone 5S leather case. It looks horrible. She hasn't tried to condition it so consider that, but it is blackened and worn around all the edges. It literally made me instantly cross off red from my list. In fact, it has made getting any other leather apple case besides the black one a hard sell for me now.

Just got mine today. I think it's pretty solid, although I thought the sides were lined with the microfiber as well but I guess not. It does seem to scuff easily.
how is the grip on these?
I touched one of those platinum brand cases in Best Buy that is the same as the Seidio and it definitely feels just as grippy if not more than the Apple silicone case so I think you will enjoy it.The silicone felt more grippy to me as well in the store, but after using the leather for a few days I absolutely love the way it grips. Not sure if I'd want to go back to silicone after this.
I do have a Seidio Surface case with kickstand ordered (in red so I won't be tempted to buy the red Apple silicone case because it just looks so darn hot). I figured if I'm going to get a second case it should be more than just for the looks, the kickstand allows me to add in functionality as well. But I am kind of a case junkie.
Picked up the Midnight Blue leather case to go with my silver iPhone 6 that I got this morning.
Looks great! The case feels solid, and it's very slim. Definitely happy with my decision.
