I got an Apple black leather case for my 6 and noticed that it moves and makes a subtle sound when I grip the phone beneath the power button. It's like the case isn't flush with the phone there. I've made sure it's on right and there doesn't seem to be a problem with my phone. It's just that one spot beneath the power button.

Anyone else?

I've had the Apple black leather case on my 6+ since launch day and it is on super tight with no wiggle at all.

Ditto. No wiggle here, and I'm on case #2. I really like my black on space gray combo like I had in my iP5...but I might get a dark brown case too since I like that look too.

Also literally no wiggle at all on my midnight blue. Are people really feeling wiggle in their cases?

Ohhh been wanting to see the brown on the gold. Can you share some pics please?:)

Yes Please!

Does anyone have any suggestions on a good water/stain protectant for the leather? Won't mind having this one still look fairly new a year from now

my local bestbuy just got their leather iPhone 6 cases in. I pre-ordered the red online and should be here late next week. Per bestbuy they weren't available until Oct 5th but I guess they got stock early. I bought the blue today and really like it. the red does look washed out. they had all the colors, I took the last midnight blue. none for the 6 Plus.

I took the plunge and ordered the olive brown for my gold plus. Not happy with the price, but I need to get something with quality and everyone seems to be happy with buying from Apple.

I paid closer attention and here's what I noticed... it's not actually a wiggle (I'll edit my earlier post), but it feels like the lip [on the sleep/wake button side] has a small space between its underside and the phone edge. So when I handle it, and press "down" on the lip toward the screen/phone edge, the case gives and flexes down. Then when I release my finger I hear and feel the case bounce back to its original position. This is probably way detailed for such a small thing, but I want to accurate for ppl considering it while being fair to the case. I really like it though. Silicone is great, too; trying to decide on which one.

I love the way the leather cases age. For everyone worried about the difficulty of pushing the power button it gets easier over time. It's real leather and shows scuffs and wear easily, that's what leather does. get black if you want the case to look the same over time or get silicone if you don't want your case to show wear as fast. I've had mine for around a year and I love it.

I did have to return the first case I purchased because it had issues in a certain spot but the second one I got has worked very well.

That's my favorite new case. I wish they had made that color for the 5 I was really close to getting the Tar Heel blue they had but it was just too feminine.

Thats cool! Thanks for showing us.

best buy has the leather cases for the 6 for $39.99. one of the reasons I bought it at bestbuy. I also don't have an Apple Store near me to return it.

Just got my black 6 plus leather case today. Best buy had brown and black and I was torn between the two. They let me open both and try them on. Both fit great, not loose at all. I ended up going with black because I just liked it better on the space gray than the brown.

Leather cases will wear and change color/ condition etc., and I absolu love, that is what u love about natural product, like rear hardwood, wear and tear on them over the years, it is not for everyone. If you looking for case to look perfect, look for fake leather or you etc.
Got iPhone 6 blue case but will exchange for brown/ gold iPhone. Some pic. of the combo just looks awesome.
To me it well worth 55. Cad. :)

I'm looking for the weathered leather look. That's why I chose brown. Just think 53.00 for the amount of leather you get is steep.

I had the red leather case for the 6+, I returned it today because the paper thin leather started peeling off on one of the corners, this was after 7 days of use. I picked up the black & red silicone covers instead. We'll see how these hold up.

Love mine black case on white 6+.
I was going to get silicone "black" but the color is more like gray ...
Leather black is really classy and luxurious.
Tight / perfect fit .
Expensive but definitely there's no substitute.

Just received my leather case from Apple for my 6 plus. Initially I balked at the price, but now that I have it... I love it. It feels great and fits fantastic.

Can anyone speak to how the Apple Leather or Silicone cases would handle a face down drop?

Is there enough of a lip to the case to prevent the screen from touching a flat surface floor?
