The point is, if you're going to the trouble of taking a picture of the receipt and posting it, why wouldn't you take a picture of the mini itself. OP has had his five minutes in the spotlight. Time to move on until pictures appear (which they probably will on Friday).

Which is why the receipt is a photoshop. I was looking at the discount in the first heading under the return of the Nexus 7 and the purchase of the iPad mini. In addition they didn't not give him the sales tax back from his Nexus 7 purchase. The whole thing is a fraud.

The screen text isn't as crisp as the Nexus 7. The Mini has the same resolution as the iPad 2 so they look the same. My previous histories of owning a tablet are: iPad 2, iPad 3, and recently the Nexus 7. I'd put the iPad 3 first, Nexus, then the iPad 2 so the Mini is behind the iPad3(and 4 obviously) and the Nexus. I haven't had a lot of time playing with it yet but it's very light, the slate color is gorgeous, I concur with what reviewers said about the screen being kind of like a shorter iPad or taller ipod touch but it's not bad at all.

I got rid of my iPad 3 for this. I have an iMac...so now my only Retina device is my iPhone 5. I like Retina and can notice when it's not there...but do you think it's a deal breaker with the screen? Or is it not a deal breaker?

I don't think it's a deal breaker as long as you know what it's going to be like. If you care about portability and can live with the non-retina display, then go for it. I'm going to stick with the Mini because it is portable and I can wait for the next update.

I don't have an iPad2 to compare it too but from what I can remember about the iPad 2 when I owned it over a year ago, it looks similiar to what I can remember. It does have a higher ppi from what the reviews said but they probably had an ipad 2 to compare it to.
