iPad mini Just got my iPad mini at Walmart!

I'm slightly different, I'd prefer black.. but since I'll be queuing in the morning, if for example they didn't have a black one but did have white.. I'd get the white and be happy with it.

Early Release

Just called both of my local stores. Store A has them in stock, Store B didn't act like she knew what I was talking about. Tempted to run out to Store A and get one for my wife.....

Make sure she wants it. I know two women of whom the husband bought them ipad and they didn't want it. Didn't want the kindle either. so,just saying.

If it were me, I'd want it:) :D
 
I just went to my local Walmart and after searching, they found them. The lady went to ring me up and the system wouldn't allow it to be sold! I was so close.

Maybe the OP was happy with 16GB but wanted to exchange the "old" $249 16GB Nexus 7 for the "new" $249 32GB Nexus 7 after the recent price drop.

After selling one, prior to 11/2, perhaps Wally World got a slap on the wrist. So, they fixed their system to prevent future occurrences. ;)

On a side note, I just discovered a grammar check on my iPad. I had no idea it was there! I double tapped the offending selection and a "suggestion" option popped up. So, for those who murder the English language (typos excluded) and/or misuse verbs, there is hope :rolleyes:
 
I saw the Ipad minis at Sams yesterday. They were just sitting in with the rest of the Ipads. I asked the lady who was helping me (I was buying a different tablet for my kids) if she could sell one and she said no. I do wonder if someone else beside a manager would not know and just sell it anyway, but then again the computer might not let them.
 
i live in Providence RI (USA) and still not sure what time i should get in line at Apple.. first i was thinking 5am but that might be a tad early lol.. now i am thinking of getting for 7am (they open at 8am of course).. thoughts??
i would prefer a white mini but either one is ok with me :)

That sucks. If your Walmart is 24/7, then go around 10 and wait for it to hit midnight then try buying it again. You could also ask if midnight is the time that they can sell the Mini.

That is walmarts policy. I have done it with video games and what not.

I think I will. They literally only had 5. So I hope I get there early enough.

I think you mean the opposite. I would hope that if the sales person gets in trouble for their actions, that they had full knowledge of what they did wrong.

I started to head to Sams Club (about 5 minutes walking distance) today but changed my mind. I thought . . . . nah . . . I'll just wait till I get mine tomorrow. Then I may be even more excited and surprised :D
 
Just got in line at Walmart. It's 9 here. I say "in line" I'm the only person. They weren't expecting me.
