iresq now has a Convert Your Black iPhone 4 to White service for $69, assuming they accept your removed black parts. if you don't value warranty coverage this seems like a decent route to take.
Again, though, it looks like iResQ is not replacing the headphone or dock assemblies, so it's not really a white iPhone, is a black iPhone in disguise.
CNN.cn sells them, but it'd be about $50 for the two parts + shipping.

i've ordered a white back from globaldirect so i can swap back if there are any issues.
from: http://www.iresq.com/iphone-repair/iphone-4/convert-your-black-iphone-4-to-white.html:It's says $249 on their site and $215 if you want to do it yourself. Where did you see $69?

I just received the white back cover from Alibaba. Looks pretty good and it's the same thing as the picture I posted earlier. Will upload more pics of it later.

Also, if your black parts are still in great condition*(see below), we will offer you a partial refund on the service in exchange for the black parts. In the event that we can use ALL of your black parts, we will refund you $180 leaving you only paying $69 plus shipping for this service!
*This will strictly be evaluated on a case by case basis. Once our technician evaluates the iPhone, he will contact you with a quote. Also, in order to receive a full $180 partial refund, all black parts should be in flawless condition.
seems a little risky, but cheap nonetheless.
a couple of the pics from whiteiphone4now look like the rear panel doesnt have the diffuser either...I guess we have to wait and see
Isn't the flash covered by glass? I haven't removed my back yet but it feels that way to the touch.I feel like an empty hole there would just invite dust and other gunk into your phone. Not good![]()

Please post installed pics ASAP If you can, get a close up shot of the back camera and flash area once installed.
Clearly you can see NO diffuser!
If these were 100% Apple they would have that. Knock off stuff.

Hmm it doesn't appear that the back has a diffuser. Not a big deal for me because if it doesn't I'll request a refund since it clearly states on the site that it does (and I'll keep the cheaper global $95 piece)
Thanks for the pics!!
FYI- I'll be starting my own thread once I receive my back from whiteiphone4now so look for that sometime next week (hopefully).
i thing that whiteiphone4now has the better kit in the market,
also this is for the mail:
''Ours are OEM, and we are the only ones right now that are getting good front frames because my provider works closely with Foxconn. Most are defective.
