Called the store, they said they didn't know if it was delivered or not, because it's not in the system yet. They said to call back in a few hours or wait till later in the week.

Lazy bastards can't open a box.

I dunno I guess it would freak em out, someone was shot in front of the store last night. :eek:

But yeah I'm gonna go see Transformers and call them when the movie is over.
 
Placed my order through premier on 6/23, website showed the order date as 6/23 and a status of processing until 6/26 when it went back to received status with an order date of 6/26. It has moved back to in process but hasn’t moved since then. :eek:


You would think "Premier" customers would get better service :rolleyes:
 
Premier Advice: I ordered on the 18th.
My order went from recieved to processing back to received. I called the number to hear you order should process in the next day, day after day......
Finally I called today and spoke to a CSR only to find my order had be set to "suspended" . Apparently it needed to be manually approved, which she did, and now im waiting for the phone to be shipped.
ATT never contacted me to let me know my order had been suspended, so if its taking forever I suggest you call and check.
 
im still waiting for my package to be marked as delivered so i can call the at&t store and see if they have it. i hope i get it before work or else ima have to wait until tomorrow..

EDIT: YES! my iphone was shipped to the at&t store i just called them and ima go pick it up in a hour right before work too! so excited!

What number did you call for the premier order? Every time I give a CSR my order number they can never find it.
 
Well I have to say worth the wait.

Damn it's fast. Reaction time to commands is much faster.

Voice dialing works good too.

I waited two years since I bought the 2 G. It was worth it.

My iPhone 3G died Friday evening right before work due to a jailbreak muck up. Ordered a 3Gs.

Got my 3G working again Friday night.

Never got around to canceling my order and the phone showed up Monday morning.

I'm debating if I want to keep it or not.
 
Those lazy, mother ****ers at Fedex. I was checking and rechecking the order status today because, I get excited like that. Then all of a sudden, it shows up: Delivery could not be made because business was not open or unavailable. That was the biggest ******** ever. They obviously had no other deliveries near me that day and didn't want to drive out. Believe me, My Dad's business uses fedex a copious amount in order to ship out books that he sells to schools. He got on the phone with FedEx and lets just say.... It was in his hands within the hour. He works in an office with 3 people, and the FedEx guy comes EVERY day. It isn't like some big corporation where the Fedex guy just drops of the packages at the mailroom. HE is the mailroom.
lol Fedex ****ing sucks.
 
Well well well... I finally got some good results, hopefully I can pick up my new toy before I head off to work tomorrow night.

Patience is the absolute suck.

BTW I got my iPhone 3GS today, they didn't tell me it was in until after 5 so there was a crap load of old people in there bitching about minutes and I had to sign a sheet and wait for like a hour to get someone to help me.

I just wanted to grab my phone and leave... F*ckers


Also Transformers had some great action scenes but again it was TINO.
 
Well from reading this thread, I'm going to order from one of the AT&T stores, since it seems quicker. All of my AT&T stores are sold out, and they said the usual 7-14 days...yeah yeah.

I'll go place the order today, and hopefully I'll have it by July 6th or 7th.
 
got my iphone 6/29 at 3pm and when i went there they really didnt wanna give my iphone until i told them i tracked the package and want it today since im here and the package is here.. and they told me that they wont call customers until tomorrow 6/30 about there iphones.. which i think is dumb. but lucky me i went to pick it up. :)
 
I ordered mine June 23rd at the AT&T store, and picked it up yesterday June 29th... so it took 7 days exactly.. though you can't really count the weekend days...can you?

Anyhow, I have my shiny new iPhone 3GS black 32-gb in my hands, and am enjoying the speed so far. The screen looks a bit sharper, but it could be due to the screen protector on my old one...

My 32g 3GS looks to be on the local FedEx truck for delivery. Ordered Sat 6/27 and will be delivered Tues 6/30, Pretty sweet turn around time. Now I just have to wait through the workday knowing my phone is waiting for me at home.

Thanks. I'm in the same situation (ordered 6/22, went from received to processing and back) and was accepting the 1-2 days from the automated phone system as genuine. Unfortunately I haven't been able to wait out the 1+ hour wait time to talk to someone yet.
 
Attempted to order from an AT&T store yesterday...but card was declined as Not Sufficient Funds. Since I had just checked and verified earlier in the day that I did have the money to pay for a 32GB (over the past week I've deposited around $1k in there)...this came as a surprise to me. When I got home I checked my account and for some reason...like $600 was missing from my account...I chalked it up to having just deposited a couple of checks...and something screwy was going on with my account. So I waited and checked this morning only to find everything had worked itself out...but I now had a charge on my account for $523 from AT&T...exactly the amount I was supposedly turned down for yesterday due to NSF. I called into AT&T's automated system to check to see if they had any orders for me and they don't. So I'm going back to the AT&T store to find out:
1. if they have an order for me or,
2. if they don't, why the exact amount needed for the iPhone 3GS is on hold for my account despite there being no order for me.

I won't even go into how the phone reps (including their supervisor) couldn't handle an override the corporate store found incredibly simple to do. Was just trying to get the 2nd tier pricing instead of the no-contract pricing.

Obviously I'll report back if and when I actually get an order placed.
 
I just ordered mines from an AT&T store. $438.86 total, as was my 3G last year. They already charged my account. Goodness. :rolleyes:

Finally got through.. I had WTF ordered a case to go with the phone and their system was having trouble adding it to the order. There was no notification that there was a problem other than the status going back to "received" on the premier site. Sigh.. The moral of the story is that you shouldn't add anything extra to your order.
 
I ordered Last night 6/29 from Premier. Today it processed with over night delivery and the Order status on the ATT website says "Shipped" but the item description says "Various SIM"..before the order shipped it also listed the item details of the Iphone 3G.

Did your guys display the same?
