Just received my MagSafe wallet (3rd party)

Yeah I might just do that. However there is an argument for a stronger magnet on these, but it does require the pin magnet in addition to the circle. So i want that, but stronger than the apple original ones.
Received mine. It’s not the worst quality in the world.
It’s more midnight blue than Baltic Blue. Holds onto the phone pretty well, it does spin a tad. Sure it’ll be okay for using in the supermarkets or whatever.
I don’t plan on using it much at all really, it’s just to have one without the £60 dent in my pocket.
Pictures/colours appear brighter than they are.

It is not listed anymore. It was rated 5* but most of the things on Ali are. Most of them just rate it 5* when they receive it or they get a goodie to review it 5*.
Personally I’ve never received any goodies from AliEx but I do understand it might work that way.
Would love a good quality 3rd party one with stronger magnets. But if that wish does not exist I have to bite the bullet andget an original one!

I think rather than stronger magnets, these things need a rubberized backing to prevent shearing off the phone. I don't think pulling them straight off is the issue, rather the sliding force.Personally I’ve never received any goodies from AliEx but I do understand it might work that way.

Seems logical to me! maybe a rubber band somehow, or a thin anti slip mat would do the trick?

I just noticed Verizon has the Apple MagSafe Wallet (black / brown ) for approx $39. I was logged into my account and no idea if this is specific to various accounts so YMMV, but just passing it on. I actually purchased the BestBuy one with 20% off but this VZW deal comes out about $10 cheaper w/2-day Free Shipping.

By chance has your order shown up yet in your order history? Mine does not (over 2 hours) yet I got a confirmation email.
Haven’t ordered yet but Verizon’s order section isn’t the best. They had a order for weeks as pending although it was cancelled by customer service and they said a 5G SIM card they sent for one of my lines was an order I could track under “Orders”, never showed up. I’m sure it’ll show up soon or maybe it’s one of those things that as it gets closer to being shipped, it’ll pop up.
I think its if you have an employers discount, since mine has the discount available too but none of my friends do
Btw finally placed the order yesterday through Verizon and it’s not showing up anywhere on the app. I did get the email so I should be good to go.
Same for me. I got a confirmation email but nowhere in order history on the app/website does it show.
I picked one up and it's pretty disappointing IMO. The magnet is extremely weak (I don't have the Apple one to compare it to) and doesn't seem shielded.

Got my saddle brown MagSafe wallet today from BB. Not bad feels like a fairly strong connection. Was a little worried with all the negative reviews but seems fine IMO. Maybe you could fit four cards but three is easy.
I do think Apple should allow you to make a notification sound for when it’s removed so you have an idea the wallet detached. Currently it’s only when it’s attached. maybe a future update.
