MTV has only been dead to you since then because it's moved on as have many of us. It's just different. Sure at one point they played music all the time but at some point people apparently stopped watching it. Instead of dying they changed. I tend to not watch MTV anymore either but it's not my taste anymore. I'm sure at some point other channels will change and I'll start watching something else. No big deal. People need to stop acting like MTV owes them something.

Couldn't have been better stated.

I used to be die hard MTV (Real World, Yo MTV raps!, TRL, etc), but I have grown up, lost taste in it. It doesn't appeal to me, but I am sure it does to the younger generation. Just because I don't watch it, doesn't mean its dead.

I just ignore it all together and watch the Food Network, HGTV and Bravo ;)

Pretty big doucher, for sure.

Hard for me to believe some "clever" MTV producer wasn't in on it though.

Luckily, I pay no attention to the Hip Hop scene, so it's only when his behavior is bad enough to spill over that I even hear about his antics.

Same here. I only read about it on CNN. Taylor looked completely bewildered there for a couple seconds.

uhm.... that's not a bunny picture......??????????

Jay Leno got the scoop tonight. Kanye sat down and talked about. So, if you’re on the west coast you can see at 10 on his show. I suppose it will be on Hulu soon enough too.

He seemed pretty upset about it... regardless though, he's still a stooge. I watched Rhianna, Jay-Z, and him perform afterwards and for a while I thought he wasn't going to do anything! Which would have been hilarious.

I don't enjoy either of them, but he is just a massive douche, even with VMA awards aside. Someone just needs to put a bullet in that moron's head, they'd be doing everyone a favor.
