Is everyone(including me now) really still discussing this and feeding into what he wanted?

i believe anyone who has a problem with Kanye is justified, due to how he's treating the world. If he thinks he's the music Steve jobs, then he's picking the wrong dent to make. He's using power against us all and not knowing which side he actually wants to stand on. If he wants to come out that he's racist, then everything he says makes more sense, but I believe someone needs to help everyone realize that he's pushing for the wrong way. I want racism gone and comments like these make me fume, AGAINST HIM NOT A RACE! Wtf? Does anyone really have room to defend this racist bigot? This was minutes or hours before his Apple post. Everyone needs to stop talking about him, but how can I say that when I post this long a$$ post?!? Read these posts and see if you can still justify him. If you can, you're trying to make yourself feel right. These aren't fake.

If Kanye is really $53,000,000 in debt like he says, I'd think he'll be selling his new CD anywhere he can -- including yard sales, bake sales, church bazaars, and PTA meetings.
[doublepost=1455713009][/doublepost]Somebody should really take Kanye's Twitter away and send him to his room without dinner.

Tidal doesn't have Siri integration. To be able to say "Play (some music not in my library)" while driving is essential.

Fair I guess, but a moot point to me and many. As with working out, when I drive. Typically I either have a playlist or specific albums where I then just go back and forth between tracks. I could see that use case though.

One of the bigger things for me was being able to use on any computer and/or browser freely without having to login to my iTunes / Apple account. I don't like how everything is tied to a single user / password.

His "debt" is just his own money that he's invested into his fashion and music. I know his tweets made it seem like he's in the negative, but that's far from the truth. I don't think the $1.99 KIMOJI app has left the Top Charts since it was released. TIDAL has been in the top 3 ever since he announced TLOP was released. Now, whether that translates to actual subscribers remains to be seen, but it's hard not to acknowledge the power and lengths people will go just to hear his music.

I do agree he likely has something wrong with him. Ever since his mother died he's been unstable and even addresses his insecurities and worries in his music if you actually listen to it. I don't see why so many people blindly hate and criticize a clearly troubled individual. It makes me hope I'm never on the receiving end of such negativity.

"He's great – he's everything you imagine. Like I always tell everybody, Kanye discovered me. He saw the potential in a kid who rapped for him at the radio station. Without 'Ye, I probably wouldn't even be here. At least he for sure gave me that path, gave me that opportunity. Anybody who can see the potential, change a kid's life like that, gotta have one of the biggest hearts in the world."

-Big Sean at the Grammy's

During his MSG event he thanked every person involved for contributing and making it possible. Listing them off and hoping he wouldn't forget anyone. Nobody talks about that, though.

He is making such wise decisions.

[doublepost=1455787735][/doublepost]This is a recording of his meltdown at SNL at the weekend.

Don't you think he needs medical help.

The comments on here are great. Maybe you don't like rap or Kanye, but closing your eyes, covering your ears, and shouting "LA LA LA LA I CAN'T HEAR IT" doesn't mean that Kanye hasn't made good music or that rap isn't "music". That's, like, your opinion man(s).

I really hope this doesn't end up being the truth. Kanye's one of my favorite musicians, and this album really sounds like something worth listening to. Hopefully it's just another publicity stunt and that it'll be here after the 1 week Tidal-exclusive time period.

Personally, I don't like rap. But to be so glibly dismissive of any art form is ignorant. Which is your right.
Literally smearing **** on a canvas may be considered art also, but do you want that on your wall?

If KKW truly believes he's the best ever why must he always self promote? Shouldn't his works be enough to not have to self promote?

I completely agree. He's a musician who wants to sell his music.

Each to his own. FWIW, it sounds like a ploy to hype up sales of this individual's LP. Perhaps it's not a very good record to stand on its own.

You're entitled to your opinion... mine is that "rap" is a far cry from "music".
So what is your definition of "music"?

Honestly....I could care less if Kanye posted to Apple Music and/or anything else for that matter. I also highly doubt that this is about any more than the bottom line, and the fact that Kanye is promoting Tidal music. Big whoop.

Well if you care so much then perhaps write Apple an email telling them why you care?

i'm not sure what you're seeing in my post, but "care" certainly wasn't implied. Yes, if you want to get technical, "care less" can imply some care, but...it was less.

Sounds like it was more related to "could care less" vs. "could't care less".

Unfortunately he has changed his mind and put it on Apple Music, have to be careful not to click it by accident.

In the end the fool couldn't resist the money from Apple, but he is too late now. No media outlets are talking about this, they are however hyping an electric car maker for some reason......

Late to this bit. One of my favorite songs from the early days of punk applies here - Never Say Never.

I'd listen to Romeo Void 100 days before I tuned into Kanye Kardashian.

Anyone seen the Ellen interview with Wacko Kanye. He seem to have really lost his marbles now. Time for an intervention by the family he needs help.
