I have 3 different iPhones over the years, so I'm not an expert on them all, but I've never EVER gotten locked out of my phone through TouchID except once when I had greasy sausage fingers! LOL

Totally agree. The FaceID fail should never have happened in the keynote - they should’ve had an iPhone X ready to use that hadn’t been played with by x number of people beforehand. It’s not rocket science! You’re about to introduce a ‘revolutionary’
