Hey there, fellow Reuben fan! That, too, is my absolute favorite sandwich. Are you Corned Beef or Pastrami?

I'm a Pastrami lover myself. But Pastrami Reubens are hard to come by in Texas...so much easier in NY.

Allowing anything other than mustard touch your pastrami is sacrilegious.

I'm a Pastrami lover myself. But Pastrami Reubens are hard to come by in Texas...so much easier in NY.

Both but I seem more often to opt for pastrami. I make them myself and I go to great lengths to find dark rye here. It's worth it!
