it’s adorable how many people here pretend to not care about her…

by commenting about her.

The funniest part is if people actually didn't know who she was, they wouldn't even mention it.

Like if the subject of this article was some athlete I didn't know about - I would just read the article for what it is, real world pictures of an upcoming and unannounced product. And if I really cared about who the person was I'd google their name.

And I'm just overwhelmed by the whole 'influencer' game. People, empty headed simpletons usually, running around demanding perks for being seen with some new bling item, or being seen at some location. Crazy... How to make money by doing as little as possible. Sounds nuts, and people are addicted to them. We are so doomed.

EDIT: They have grown so powerful in some genres, they can effect a vendor's stock price.

As DJ and music enthusiast I couldn't care less about overpriced Beats and even less that irrelevant 'leak'. Absurd marketing hype and fanboys. For their premium prices the provided audio quality is mediocre at best, the overall value just bad. My Audia Technica M50X already beats (pun) the crap out of them and these were only $120. Let alone Sennheiser, Beyer, etc...

You're comparing over ear cans to in ear true wireless. Surely as a DJ and music enthusiast you must realize how nonsensical that is.

How do you see this as any different from actors in the 40s selling cigarettes? Aside from it being a new medium these people are using to acquire fame - there is basically zero difference between this and any point in the last century where celebrities where endorsing products in advertisements.

And obviously not a fitness or gym enthusiast.

I wear my Studio Buds at the gym and have no problem with them

As I've said, I use the Studio Pro's on my bike trainer, and the AirPods Pro's stubbornly refuse to stay in. I can't imagine trying to use them in an actual gym. The first time they ended up in a 'roid victim's' sweat puddle, they will be tossed... ??? Those Beats, and the PowerBeats Pro's are FANTASTIC for workouts. I can't be happier with both of them.

It's just as damaging now as it was then. Social media has made it so easy to hawk crap products, and crap thinking on people too stupid to realize they are being programmed. And reality TV is a gateway drug too. I feel like my smaller dog who was furious that my GSD would chase a laser pointer on the floor. He would pummel the larger dog for being so stupid. 'It's just dad with a pointer, don't egg him on! STOP CHASING THE LIGHT!' *shrug*

A new low for Apple and for this web site for even reporting this nonsense!

Apple has used celebrities to promote their products for years. I think Kim and others had gold Apple Watches before launch. Beats before and after Apple ALWAYS promotes their new headphones with athletes and celebrities. Kim is famous, like it or not, she is the owner of clothing lines worth well above 1 billion, not million, billion dollars.

The news on Macrumors is 100% useful because it is the first real photo of a new headphone coming soon from Apple/Beats.

Ugh. Out of all people. ☹️
Yeah, I would have much preferred worldwide icon Jair Bolsonaro to leak it tbh

I don't care about her, nor have ever paid real attention to her shenanigans, but too many people are acting like she's the reason the Amazon forest is on fire... She's not THAT bad, stop the unnecessary, and really unjustified, hate towards this insignificant celebrity. If anything, this kind of comment is just giving these people more attention, so what's your point? Seriously

Not sure what is worse, the oversized men's leather jacket or the wheels on the car with no profile to the tire.

It's all a 'look' that they have been able to foist off onto the empty headed of the country. I see those tires quite a bit on the rare times I'm out. I've heard installing them is a real struggle, and removing them even worse. I've heard some places cut them off because they are so hard to deal with. They also, no surprise, ride rough. I can only imagine the rim damage from the pot holes around here, and curbs, etc... Give me my 19" wheels with beefy tires please...

The 'spinner hubs' and 'spinner wheel covers' were popular around here too, but I haven't seen them in quite a while. I can only imagine that the things broke, and seized like crazy, and would imagine they weren't inexpensive either.

Occasionally common sense rules, but it's not at all common. (Like I can talk. The bike industry is pretty crazy too. *SIGH* Idiocy seems inescapable)

She can't possibly be wearing these right. That said, I think I'm going to upgrade from my Powerbeats Pro to these. The charging case on the Powerbeats Pro is so actively terrible I'm hoping they made improvements here (and that these also fit well).

She's not driving in the picture you melt!! ?
How do you know she didn't get out of the car, put them in, position her hair just enough so they are visible and then start walking?

Like she just rolled out of the car and looked like that ?
Funny how MacRumors removed the pictures of her getting out of the car with the buds already in both ears…

They didn't remove. The post is linking directly to Instagram. It's a slideshow. Although her "getting out of her car" looks incredibly staged since nobody poses like that getting out of their car. But if she was, then she was wearing them while driving then she is unsurprisingly a moron.

Huh, I must be showing my age with the ol’ memory going bad. I could have sworn that the first photo of Kimmie showed her getting out of the driver’s seat with buds in both ears before they edited the post to remove it. But I will bow to your superior intellect.

She is getting out of the car with her ear buds in, but it looks like she's posing with them. It looks very staged.

Yeah, I'm sure a Rolls Royce on a factory installed wheel/tire package rides rough. i mean, what is Rolls known for if not their rough, uncomfortable ride.

For someone that's made so many posts in this thread alone bemoaning the inescapable idiocy - you sure make a lot of nonsensical comments.

Is it me, or does the bottom of the front tyre on that car in the background look flat??
