Kuo: iPad Pro With Rear 3D ToF Camera and Scissor Mechanism MacBooks to Launch in First Half of 2020

USB A is dead.
Oh wow. I guess I better immediately throw away the dozens of cables and peripherals I have that use USB-A, and tell everyone I know to do the same.

Everyone, throw away the literally billions of USB-A devices out there into landfill because a marginally better connector exists now that you need for some reason!

Apple allows this analyst fiasco to continue to 1) keep interest and excitement for the new product going 2) avoid preventing purchases now.

I read a lot of hate regarding the touch bar and lots of desire for a physical escape key. I'd hazard a guess that this MUST be use-specific. I couldn't tell you the last time I touched the escape key on my computer(s)...or the function keys. I am actually quite looking forward to getting my hands on a 16" with a touch bar so I can see if I get any little extra tricks during general use and also some form of custom shortcuts for Ableton. :)

Also, can't see an October event now - which is a shame. With only a couple of weeks of the month to go, I'd have expected it to be announced to the press by now so people have time to plan.

Hopefully you find something useful to do with that annoying, distracting, waste of space - lol

Yes - The Escape is used by all the people programming Apps, Software and Web technologies...
So - most everything you enjoy using on your Mac

I've 'had a play' with one before and didn't find it distracting OR annoying. Each to their own!

I'll accept you have no idea who I am or what I use my Mac for (but will add that I am most definitely a "pro" user), but suffice to say my experience of 'not having to use the escape key' does not change just because you feel somewhat shirty about it all.
