You could say the same about the iPhone 14. Why don't they stop production, redesign the thing to put the USB-C port on, and start up again? Because they're obviously waiting until a redesign of the device to roll out USB-C. The next iPhone will apparently have it, as will the next version of probably everything else that now has Lightning, including these headphones. You're expecting a connector that's been in service for a decade to disappear overnight and it doesn't work like that.For me, it's more of a why is it taking so long to put in a USB-C port when other devices already have it? It shouldn't take them up to 2.5 years (assuming they ship late in the second half of 2025) to integrate the USB-C controller and port into the case and mass-produce them.
