Stick with current iPhone SE design please. Touch ID home button works. LCD has no PWM flickering.

Just add a SE Plus line with a better battery for a higher price and lower the price for the smaller one, Apple! That would earn you more iPhone users.

Leave just one camera for these iPhone SEs. That way you create a market for users who simply want a phone that is reliable and works for most basic uses.

They are affordable, yes.
They are secure, reliable, fun, has great Apple services (Music, TV,), yes.

This will kill off other brands trying to dominate the market with low-end phones.

Heck, maybe make the SE Plus with OLED and face ID if you really want to. Leave the current form SE alone just update its internals.

I switched back to my SE a few days ago and wow, I had forgotten how much I love this phone. No fiddling with getting the unlock angle right or avoiding picking it up to keep it from waking and using up my 5 unlock attempts. Intuitive and instant authentication. I have only had to enter my code once, after an OS update. It's such a breath of fresh air, Apple please don't ever take this away from me 😫

Call me dramatic(I am, tbh) but in my book classic design was the pinnacle of phone design and I will seriously be devastated if they ever fully get rid of it. A Face ID SE is not one that I will buy, I'll just become the old hag harumphing at the iPhone 22 keynote while clinging to my 7 year old Touch ID phone 😤

i still can't believe they lost support for it 😢
and call me crazy, but i wouldn't mind a huge phone, but only because it was big to have a normal screen, but it has a home button with touch id lol

Still soldiering on with an OG 1st generation SE, and to be honest if my choice was to buy the top spec SE 3 out of my own pocket, or use a similar storage capacity 14 Pro that was gifted to me, I’d buy the SE.

TouchID is the most delightful technology Apple has ever made. It’s better for making purchases than FaceID (I haven’t made a single cash purchase in about 5 years because our NFC EFTPOS network is ubiquitous in shops, and every market stall vendor has a portable terminal, and it’s arguably more secure than FaceID in terms of forcible use to unlock your phone.
