Last-Minute Leak Reveals iOS 13's New Reminders App in Dark Mode

I really hope we are in for a surprise with a redesigned home screen and and better re-arranging abilities... I agree, I don't even think "dark mode" will be so special. Everyone seems to make it a big deal

Usually July, it'll likely be unstable still by then though

No, not for a major x.0 release. They have usually been released in July

You're in Melbourne, I'm up in NSW ..... are you going to stay awake and watch the WWDC presentation? I am.

I can see this being a huge disappointment of a release.
Dark mode doesn't exactly fix the aging look and lackluster features of what could be done with the technology there.
13 years later and there is still no way to mass move icons other than one by one.
Screens and screens of jumbled icons that become just unused because they're lost and the folders just don't work well enough. Why on earth you're restricted to 9 icons in a folder when the phone is capable of displaying 24 icons.

Same design/black. Just isn't enough.

Mass moving icons? Hold down, and then tap on more icons. It bunches them together. Easy enough for me.

Funny, I will be happy with a few minor new functions provided iOS 13 is simply faster and, at release, has as few bugs as iOS 12.
What do you mean faster, that’s what iOS 12 did. iOS 12 was just performance. I haven’t had any real issues bug wise. What iPhone are you using?

A visual overhaul of the home screen, widgets on the home screen(even if some don't like it, give the options to those who do), a better camera app that's not so basic, customizable music equalizer... just to name a couple.
Fair enough, the home screen I feel won’t change at all since people are used to how it is and messing with it can be bad because users love the iPhone because it’s simple.

I agree with the rest of the list but Apple isn’t going to do most of these for a long time sadly.

Um, yes there is. Just tap with another finger and they get added to the stack.

Hot dauuuum! That is it I am sticking with an iPhone for the replacement of my launch day iPhone X.

I was close to getting a S10 or S10+ because I simply cant stand Face ID or the lack of touch ID and I really want my audio jack back....but this new reminders app update.....oh hailes NO, I am sticking with the iPhone baby!!!!!

Seriously I use Office 365 a lot for work and personal life so the Microsoft reminders app works really well in my case and it runs on iOS or Android. Android where I can get touch ID and a Audio jack. Not to mention apps I can use for work that will be aloud to use the hardware in my $1000 device for network scanning and such.

It’s quite depressing that they will make a big deal of a secondary feature like a dark mode (that’s could have been introduced in any random dot release) and they probably won’t give us any proper new feature. This is going to be another disappointing release. I hope I am wrong, but if iOS 10-11-12 thought us anything is that Apple doesn’t care that much about introducing new exciting features anymore.

You can mass move icons.
Folders do support more than 9 icons.

Is anything you wrote correct?

I do hope they open up the iPad a little bit. More PC-like features without turning it into a PC. And a overhaul of the homescreen would be nice too.

You were probably one of the biggest complainers of iOS 6, which is why we got 7. Thanks a lot.
