Don't think it is just the shuffle. Shuffle is already on the site, availability changes does not bring down the store.

They are changing / adding product most likely similar behaviour to the "It's Showtime" and "WWDC Keynote".

my bet is either C2D Macbooks or a new iPod for the top end.

Don't think you got me, its avaible for buying.

Simply by visiting the iPod Shuffle page and it says you can buy it. Same for Xserve.

Google cache says the "Buy Now" button was there as of October 21, so I don't think this is a valid way of "verifying."

Weird question to pass the time-

Do you ever feel like you're being disloyal if you venture off into unfamilliar merom thread territory? I must say that the Full Laptop Refresh thread has felt like home to me for I don't know how long. It's all cozy like, and I even have someone that bakes me a cake everyday! Heavenly. Sure, occassionally there are little tousles, but that is to be expected with such a large family.
