Do we really need this to satisfy such a small percentage of people?
Weapons? 🤣 Talk about your own little world 🤣 Get over it, its all fine. And nothing at all to do with you either. No, intolerance is forcing people to speak a certain way. Redefining words so they can be used as weapons against people is intolerance.
While we’re at it lets forget about satisfying or even normalising other fringe groups of people too, shall we? I thought we were going forwards in this world, not backwards.Do we really need this to satisfy such a small percentage of people?
Considering you can change your pronouns on a whim I would imagine it asking the user inputting it every time. Will they be sharing their preferred pronouns by default, or being asked every time?
The only people triggered are those trying to define and force the language of others. Not under discussion. It's more about some people getting so easily triggered by others' choices.
As a self identifying unicorn, I’d say yes.Do we really need this to satisfy such a small percentage of people?

Your sarcastic post was just ironic to me in that scientists would be bewildered by a freak earthquake, but not by people trying to redefine what is biologically (you know, scientifically) set.
I think most people draw the line when how someone chooses to live their lives crosses a line and affects how others live their lives. Just being left alone to live their lives doesn't seem to be enough. To be honest, it’s your views on this that are completely unacceptable. It’s the same view people had about gay people. It’s the same view people have whenever they come across someone living their lives different to themselves. It’s the petrified of ‘because reasons’ view, the ‘what about the children’ view, the view where words like ‘poisoning’ is an ok thing to say in relation to how other people live their lives. The only poisoning going on here is your type, and the influence you’re having on the children of the world, being so very very intolerant.
You seem awful upset for someone who has assumed people’s pronouns at least three times in forums in the last week alone. To be honest, it’s your views on this that are completely unacceptable. Sorry, but you can't just brush this away and act as if there aren't social, economical and perhaps eventually criminal consequences for nonconformance.Relax. You're not being forced to do anything. Live and let live. Doesn't bother me in the slightest.
Curious what context you were implying by using the word "chief"?Good, if a little weird, effort on stalking to prove some kind of point. However, in English (British) both ‘guy’ and ‘man’ when used in this context are used as a general term for a person, or indeed a simple exclamation. ‘Oh man!’ Has nothing to do with a man or a person. ‘Hey guy’ Has nothing to do with the gender of anyone.
Nice try, but no beans chief. Or now are you going to assume a chief must be a man so I’ve ‘done it again’?
So you’re saying in your culture it’s okay to say guy or man and no one should think twice of it. But if in my culture we believe in science and God where man is simply he or him and a woman is she or her we are wrong? Got it. Thanks for clarifying.Good, if a little weird, effort on stalking to prove some kind of point. Nothing. Anyone can be a chief. It’s someone in charge. I mentioned this right next to the bit you quoted, or did you stop reading at that point to try to catch me out?Curious what context you were implying by using the word "chief"?
"...used in this context..." Good to know that you get to define when and who gets the benefit of reason. Language has been formulated so we can all communicate rationally and understandably. Everyone understands that you mean no malice in the use of these words. This is precisely the point!Good, if a little weird, effort on stalking to prove some kind of point. My loyalty? That’s weird. I’m not loyal to it? I just speak it, and I’m British, sooooo…Someone would like a word...
Very rich of you to reference your loyalty to the (British) English language when you're complicit in it's destruction by a vocal minority.

Nope. Wrong again. Language is ever changing. It’s just when one perceives a threat one pulls out all the stops to be VERY offended, using any means possible to ‘prove it’s bad’."...used in this context..." It is my business. This is poison and it is being forced on children in schools and it is being passive-aggressively pushed in this forum and elsewhere. It's completely unacceptable.

Neither does anyone else when you force people to say, "zie, zim, sie, ve, ver, tey, ter" or whatever alphabet salad comes up tomorrow.Don’t even know what you’re talking about
History will look back to this era as a period of Madness. Do your part by not partaking in the madness or accepting it as normal. This too shall pass

Nobody was bothered until compelled. So many triggered people on this forum! If you don't like using pronouns, guess what? Zoom allows you to "never share" them. Problem solved.
If you are that bothered by what genitals are in someone's pants, and if they match what pronouns they use, you need therapy.
Imagine fining people over pronouns.imagine being this triggered over pronouns
