Google Glass turned dudes into glassholes.
Samsung Glass seems poised to become the birth control glasses of this generation. (Yea, I realize these are probably just prototype PoC style.)
Hopefully Apple can do better.

I’ve seen Mr. Potato accesories that look better.
So far i've also have seem smart juice press- literally two planks, where you a bag of juice and it squeezes the juice out of the bag for you through bluetooth- something you could have done by hand 50x faster and easier. Smart pillow- tracks your sleep, smart blanket- does the same as smart pillow.... I imagine you can name any house hold item and there is AliExpress scam or startup making smart version of it.

Well I’m sure there will be health benefits to the AR VR glasses...just like the Apple Watch....that’s the reason for all the tech guys...to keep u healthy and alive
This may be a generational thing, but I have zero interest in AR glasses or any digital glasses. I think enough people are living in an alternative reality these days.
Alright, who else is taking snapshots of this thread so we can look back and laugh 10 years from now when we’re all wearing smart glasses?
By then either the iPods have finally risen to power and overthrown is humans or we’ll discuss this from our flying electric vehicles by then.
With that design they will absolutely function as birth control devices.

I would like the sunglass mode on my normal glasses! I hate having to carry both pairs around when shopping in summer and I don't like how slow react-to-lights can be, plus they don't always work in cars.
