It’s sad to see companies cheap out like this. Sena used to have nice heavy leather cases and they did the same thing - paper thin barely leather. Profit at any expense I guess.

This is what I'm afraid of. I paid a lot for this case, it should be made to the highest of standards and based on what I've seen it isn't.
Here it is in the sun. You can kinda see the lines. I won’t be returning just to see what happens, I also wasn’t a huge fan of my andar. It sucks cause I loved the older BS cases.
i miss previous BS case..This one is not look so good.
Sorry, the RL case looks like what I expected from bullstrap. This does not. I guess the change in suppliers explains why Ryan London was able to ship on time and Bullstrap wasn't.
So I guess I am wondering since we only have one sample to go off of is this how they all are?
I am not canceling my order yet, but I will if we get more of this.
Lesson learn from today, don't make any pre order until you see the real product. Goodbye Bullstrap..
Unfortunately, I don't think we will know until tomorrow as the ones who commented are further in the northeast it seems. The ones in the South would likely get them today if not yesterday since they ship from Florida.
Maybe some more people will get theirs that aren't necessarily regulars here.

The icing on the cake for me is if they forget to send what was promised for their "delay".

I know how long it seems RL to ship to the states so figured I'd just get the ball rolling today and have it by (hopefully) some point next week at the worst. This BS case might be an instant return.
So what I’m seeing so far from the pics is that BS and RL are no longer comparable, they’re 2 separate suppliers now. Which means anyone who wants the best of the 2 strictly stick to RL. What’s worst imo is the cost of the BS compared to RL.
Buttons feel fine tbh. Fitment is right at first as well but that’s been normal for BS.
I also wish BS posted real life pictures of the new cases to their IG but there isn’t anything on the new cases.
That seems to be the case but am holding judgement until there are more actual pictures of the BS w/ their new suppliers. They really are night and day if this is in fact how the new BS is manufactured.

I still have my 13PM - I didn't upgrade this year. My BS case from last year (which I love) - I dropped and damaged so I went to my Pitaka case for many months. Well, after missing leather cases I decided to look to see what's for sale and I didn't want to spend more than $50 if I could help it. Well, almost everything is $50+.
Except for... Decoded. I saw a 13PM black case going for $50 and figured why not - always heard great things about Decoded and I know a friend who has one and really likes it. I left it in my cart for a few days and got a 10% off coupon for my order and managed to order one for $43.
Shipped on 10/31 and I received it yesterday, lol - from the Netherlands to California - via FedEx. Wow. Talk about fast shipping!
I don't have means to take a pic but because it's a black case and we know what Decoded looks like for 13PM I won't bore us with pictures but just thought I'd post my experience for those of us on the 13 PM still.

Did you try reaching out to Bullstrap for a replacement? No point in paying their crazy prices if you’re not going to use the warranty.
On my to do list - but mostly not because I wanted to try something new <cough>.
