Well this seems to be a big let down after waiting about 2 months. Did they send you anything additional with your order as it seemed they were willing to do for those because of the delay?
I think i’m going to keep it and see what happens with wear. It still feels decent in hand, but not the same as old cases.
Well at least they held up to their end of the bargain there. I wouldn't have been shocked if they screwed that piece up along the way as they probably rushed to get orders out the door as soon as the cases arrived.
Yeah it’s crazy I’ve already contacted their support team I’m waiting to hear back. I was planning on getting a black leather case from them too but after this catastrophe I will be ordering one from RL
To say I was really looking forward to owning my first BS case as well after all the high praise for it....I guess I am glad I ordered that RL one today. Watch their return process be just as much of a nightmare as the preorder process.
It’s interesting that some people’s Bullstrap case says made in India. I just received my 14 pro Dune case and it says made in China and has the same tiger stripes that my 13 sienna had when I got it.
Can you post a pic? I hope this isnt a hit or miss game of which factory the case got produced in....
This is very interesting. The dune looks great so it definitely is down to the manufacturer in India. Let’s hope they reverse course and start manufacturing all of them in China or improve the production from India. All the ocean blue cases I’ve seen have come from India.

Looks great! I have no complaints about my camel Andar aside the fact that I prefer an open bottom.
I would almost bet that they had an issue with their supplier. The guy said they didn't make them right but I bet they went up on prices or something along those lines. Ryan London didn't have any issues with the make.
I think you’re spot on. They either had issues with their manufacturing facility in India and ended up deciding to go with them anyway or they decided to cut costs and go with the one in India. Either way, this is not a good look. I have reached out to them and politely mentioned that this is almost borderline false advertising. I can’t see them being able to fix this unless they disrupt their supply chain again.
