I’m starting to worry that Cretanbull is a scam. I’ve reached out to their support regarding a question and I’ve not heard back at all. Hoping the cases ship.

when did you place yours? i placed mine on the 9th and the last royal mail update was from the 12th: Item Leaving the UK. Your item is now leaving the UK. More information will be available when it arrives in the destination country
Hi I have their 12.9 2021 pro model iPad case and the 2 microphone holes I noticed are a little off and just barely goes over the edge of one of the speaker holes. Wasn’t enough to the point of returning though. I know it’s because they’re grouping their 2020 and 2021 iPads together and the 2021 iPad Pro (least the 12.9in) I believe is a little thicker than the 2020. Not sure with 11in but definitely worth emailing them and see, could just be a dud. I agree the leather is great and it’s a good looking case! I’ve had mine since February and been holding up really well!
I received an e-mail from Bullstrap earlier this week that my 14 Pro case (Ocean) is delayed until December 15 but that I would get a Dune case for free to make up for it.
I just got shipment confirmation that the Dune case has been sent out. So I'm still happy with their communication and looking forward to getting the Dune case.

I really like the looks of that Dune case and almost wish I'd ordered that one instead.
I feel the same as its something different looking. I almost asked the customer service if they could change the color my preorder replacement but figured something would get screwed up somewhere and just left it.
Same. I asked support and they wouldn’t even give me a timeframe lol first time ordering from BS, probably my last.
Don’t be surprised if they say that it won’t ship out till next month because of some quality control issue that they weren’t aware of with this batch.
All I got was that they started shipping yesterday and that I should get a confirmation "soon".
Mine shipped. Didn’t actually get an email I saw the status change and tracking number in the Shop app. That will show well before you get the email from BS.
Bullstrap probably say it’s shipping out next day just to give customers false sense of hope. Those cases won’t get shipped out until December or January or they will cancel say they oversold all batches, even the freebies. I hope I’m wrong and everyone gets their cases but to charge $90 a case they don’t have… yikes. Makes me upset and I didn’t even buy a case.
Appreciate the feedback from others about shipping delays with RL.

I have both an Andar and a RL. The RL is far and away the nicer case to me, but both fit perfectly.

Just got a response from BS support. They claim my case has shipped and is in transit. They did give me a tracking number, but it just shows that a label was created and USPS doesn’t have the item yet. What’s more, the time stamp on USPS’s website shows the label was created 1 minute before the response email from support was sent to me. Clearly a CYA move by the support rep.
Really disappointing experience this year from BS. Unlike for some here, they have refused to give me a discount for the delay. The only compensation they offered was an AirPods case that I didn’t want or need. I’ll be interested to see what I ultimately receive and how long it takes to ship out for real. If the case is like the supposed “bad batch” cases that were posted a few pages back, I’ll be returning for sure and that will probably be the last straw. Bullstrap’s handling of this whole thing has pretty much destroyed my trust in the brand.
