Here us the difference in my RL and BS case. Not sire how I got so much red in the RL.

at least we know they're using real leather, which has variances from product to product!

After 20 days (and having to pick it up from the post office) I finally received my RL Saddle Brown case. It's beautiful and I can't wait to watch it develop a patina.

It definitely is a bit lighter in person but definitely leans on the red side. I really like it but was definitely hoping it would be a bit lighter in color.

Cretanbull reached out again and said they’re waiting on the Ochre cases to arrive and as a thank you for my patience they’re sending a matching Apple Watch band with the case lol

I don’t even see where you can purchase one so I’ll take it!

Now I’ve got the MagSafe wallet and the Apple band for free lol

Bullstrap managed to send me the correct case this time. Yay.

Smells great, feels like how I remember the 13 Pro case felt when new, MagSafe magnets seem stronger than on the 13 Pro case. I still can’t believe it took them over 2 months to get it right but I’m satisfied enough to put this whole thing to bed. Let the patina process begin!

I haven’t used my bullstrap sienna but please keep us posted! I’m hoping it patinas well.

Umber leather case, nothing special. Yes you can say it’s forced patina since I did remove the coating otherwise it is near impossible to get patina out of an Apple leather case. However nothing else was done it just been using naturally. Been using it on and off since launch date. Pretty happy with the results I wonder how it will look in the next few months.View attachment 2118129

I only see them for the 13 series. But I just glanced.

Alcohol wipes, the trick is to do it as evenly as possible and to apply even pressure multiple times

Just added this old 8 to my account so I can enjoy that gorgeous red leather of old. I gave the 12 Mini I was using as a remote to a family member so this will be a good replacement.

There’s plenty of alternatives nowadays; not really an issue if you’re okay not having an Apple branded case.

Bullstrap Ocean finally arrived for my Space Black 14 Pro! I’m super happy with the color, fit and finish of this case.

RL saddle brown and black Bullstrap is here. Only took 11 days for RL to get to my door in Northern California.
Out of the box Bullstrap smell and grip is amazing, I like the RL color and real leather smell but it’s very slippery compared to Bullstrap. Both fits perfect. It’s only been the second day with the RL and will give it some time to hopefully develop some grip. Unlike the Bullstrap it is grippy out of the box. So far my favorite is the Bullstrap.
I have two Cretanbull cases on order (Marine and Ash color). Hopefully, I’ll see some movement soon with them.

RL, BS and CB are all the same case from the same manufacturer. They’re shouldn’t be much difference between them.
