YMW on Aliexpress has waxed Kudu made from Charles F Stead leathers. Looks like only the 14 in stock. I have several Shell Cordovan items but I'd never heard of Kudu, it looks beautiful.
Both, lol. Can’t go wrong with either. I chose midnight for my space black 14 PM to match my midnight ocean band. Saw the ink at Apple Store and I also liked that color.
Charles F Stead is one of the best tanneries. I’ll have to check YMW thank you. On a different note, if you like the waxed appeal, check out Waxy Commander from Charles F Stead too
Edit - damn they don’t even sell iPhone 12 Pro Max cases with waxed Kudu at all. I’ll have to send them a message.

This camera protector..... I've been tempted to get one for a while not because I'm worried about protection but because I like the look of it and I hate the dust that collects around the camera.Have all the popular leather cases for my 14 PM but not the official Apple.
Don’t know why I’ve waited so long. This case feels great it’s thin and clicky buttons and goes with my ocean midnight AWU band. I’m impressed.
Do you get much dust build up with this on?
I picked up midnight. More black monolith style, in my opinion 👍🏻

That’s my main reason for the protector was to not stare at the dust and I like the look. Not to noticeable as far as dust with it

Purdy. Reminds me of one I got from Ryan London last year. I ended up not using it because finding wallpapers to match was really difficult.
I’ve never tried Andar before. This is a pretty color! I could sift through this thread to do a comparison to the Apple leather but I’d rather just ask 😂

I don’t recall who it was but I would say I got a light reprimand on a camera housing protector and I ended up agreeing with them that it looked way better with it gone. I’ve been strongly against every one I’ve seen since and they seem to be getting more popular. That said, I understand the allure and don’t judge.
Anyway…. Those of you that have used Andar, how do they compare to Apple’s case? It’s next to impossible to get the form factor that Apple has but I’m not completely opposed to a few extra grams of heft.

+1. Anyone chime in. Hubby likes the brown and I’d get the merlot 100% but like knowledge bomb I’m wondering if it’s worth it-especially with being super happy the apple case. I love the bullstrap brand too and I’d love another bullstrap in my life but they won’t cover the bottom 😣
I’m literally on the line between open and closed bottom. Both are 100% comfortable for me. Last year it was Bullstrap, this year seems to be the year of the 🐙.
