Leather Cases - Patina Proud Photos

Just saw this on the patinaproud subreddit. It looks really similar to the bullstrap one. Has anyone tried it out?
I’ve had a few, absolutely love them. Just watch, the English Tan is super slippery at first! I’ve had mine 2 months and really loving it on my 14P.
Last week I put on my Apple Umber leather case but took it off after a day. I just prefer the confidence that Nomad gives if I’m unfortunate to drop it.
I have the Horween Leather on my 11P and it’s taken plenty of knocks and drops over the years and looks all the better for it. A full leather case just couldn’t take the same knocks and drops I find.
They actually do! And from what I saw in the promotional material they are also closed bottom as well.
I understand that, but also you have been in this thread talking about each drop. Lol. All I'm saying is from a protection standpoint, leather is a bit more limited than other case options. and if the drop is bad enough, it'll look rough.
Overnighted a black one. They're closed bottom, so i'm intrigued to see it. They also have a 25% coupon on top of the low $30 price... We shall see tomorrow morning.
Really curious how you like it, my thinking is that it may even be the closed case BS is gonna offer soon according to their story once.
Yeah, this year has been rough but it’s an anomaly. Lucky for me Bullstrap’s warranty is rock solid. I’m on day 32 with my current case and haven’t dropped it yet so it seems my bad luck has chilled a bit.

I'd bet my bottom dollar that this will be the exact same case as the closed-bottom Bullstrap case that's supposed to come out soon.
Does anybody have pictures of a (preferably black) Mujjo leather case with some months of patina on it?
I know Mujjo cases aren’t really loved here because of the leather quality. I still bought one however, because of the slim profile and easy availability here in The Netherlands.
Already tried removing the protective layer of the Mujjo case, so I’m curious what the end result would be after a couple of months.

Closed bottom Bullstrap isn’t far away now it seems…
I’ve also ordered one of the luckycoin closed bottom cases linked above to see how they compare to the leather cases I’ve got currently, although I’m not sure any will surpass my black Bullstrap or Ryan London.

I just received the Bare Saddle Brown last week, nothing bad to report: good case all around and customer service was available when I had some questions. Delivery from Asia to Europe is quite long though: approx. 3 weeks from the order reception to the delivery. The rough edge issue on their buttons seems less obvious, still not the smoothest buttons in the market.
Previously had a Bare Cinnamon from November to December, switched to a RL closed-bottom since early January to try it. My only gripe regarding the RL case was the black colour for the buttons and camera cutout, so I decided to try the Bare Saddle Brown to compare it to RL.
I am definitely new to the leather game for cases, but the leather quality and touch seem very close to the RL closed-bottom, leather colour seems very close as well. Curious to see how it'll patina. If RL had other colours for their cases like Bare, I would have probably sticked with RL but I have no regrets with Bare.
Well after a couple of days with my eBay fake leather case I am happy to recommend it. Fits great, buttons feel good and looks like an Apple case for £10. Good grip too.

Somehow, Amazon said that the case was going to arrive tomorrow morning, but it ended up coming tonight, I had just ordered it this morning… Here's that Amazon lucky coin case. The last picture is next to my Ryan London that I used daily. Keeping the RL. The Amazon one feels good for the price, not as soft as RL. But closed bottom is cool!

Just woke up and I'm surprised a lot of you guys are interested!
I've also ordered a brown closed bottom case and I'll compare it with my Sienna BS case. Should arrive next fri according to Amazon.
BTW from what I saw in the Bullstrap tease material, the bottom speaker cutout seems to be pill shaped and the Luckycoin one has a precise opening. Let's hope the Luckycoin one is precise enough that the case will not obstruct the speaker grills.
Ordered 2 of these earlier today, im surprised we haven't seen these suggested at all on these forums.

It looks really good for the price and I can see the camera bump is slightly different than the RL case, the design reminds me of the defected batch from Bullstrap's 14PM, but the leather seems to be better from the pics (I hope)
Bullstrap's leather is definitely dryer than RL's when new, so I'm looking forward to receive my Luckycoin case so I can see if the leather is similar to BS or RL.
