hard to find leather cases with the leather lip around camera instead of aluminum or metal of some kind for iPhone 16 plus... I see Lucky Coin has one, should I go for it?
The Le Pelle I have is a different enough style that I think LC could be a worthy one to add to the collection

Lucky coin. Makes an amazing leather case at a great price. Absolutely on par with any other leather case.
LC it is. Going for the light brown.

yeah I might! but im already on case overload for 16 plus.. though I dont think I'm upgrading this year from what I've seen.
2 month update on RL 16Pro CC leather case; fits like a glove, leather feels and smells great BUT 2 days ago the cc button cover decided to fall out of nowhere, didn’t drop the phone or anything just found it detached in my pocket.
Has this occurred to anyone else, if yes what did you do? Do you just glue it back on? Because the haptic feedback of the cc button doesn’t work with it off.

Probably explains why they've not re-stocked the CC button versions since the initial batch...
Did they fix it? I purchased one but I didn’t like how the corners were shorter than the center part.
nice smell and feel, a little rough though instead of glossy feeling - is that normal with LC?
Also side power button almost recessed or flush with the leather but I can at least press the button pretty easily. I’ve had some cases that are impossible to press from Ali

Mine was rough out of the box. I used a little bit of Lexol leather conditioner and it helped.
I am digging it overall seems like a really nice quality case for an Amazon $30 purchase.
I haven’t had RL or bullstrap at least the final product. I got a bullstrap 14PM sample case for like $8 and this seems much nicer than from memory. I have a RL case for my AirPods Pro 2 and still holding up well.
.. Finding camera leather lip cases for iP16+ is near impossible this checks the box. This and Le Pelle for another style and I’m now set

True it was quick and easy, they’re shipping out a replacement case for me
Turns out my first light brown LC on right was defective ... can see it flaking in bottom left corner after not even a couple hours of use (and around front lip, not pictured)
Happy with the black and replacement one though! and still a bit rough feeling, but not like the first there was something wrong with the material
On left the dark brown one is Le Pelle
In the end, worked out better being defective because the replacement + black one were 30% off at the time of buying
think I'm set now

I switched up my Bullstrap after using it for about nine months and the patina is a lot more pronounced than I had noticed. Despite how dark it is, that lovely blue-green is still very present.
The newer one was used for about two weeks before suffering some water damage, which is mostly unnoticeable after sitting for that nine months. That line running across the case is all that’s left.

Just got a tan Alex Goldfinch. Really like it. Seems identical to Ryan London. They have a discount and claim these are the last ones. Also get a 20% coupon for future versions. Curious to see if it’s just like Ryan London. Hope they can figure out a CC button without adding metal camera lens.
