Thanks to the folks on here I've managed to come up with this.

PS Notice the service bar on the top left. Solid proof of how bad the iPhone 4 antenna is. On my iPhone 3G it was ALWAYS showing full bars!!

Rename the folder in iTunes, and use option+shift+K to get the sign.

Open Safari on your iPhone
Go to Google or some search engine
Type in Glyphboard
Click on the link (should be first one)
Add the website to your homescreen (as a web app)
From there it explains it to you
