I took the original (1920x1080) and resized it properly. However I cropped it differently as well, more to my liking. The other one looked too squashed.

EDIT: looks kind of blurry here but amazing on the retina display. My new lock screen

I spent about an hour re arranging the apps and folders but I finally got it where it's the right amount of apps I use often open, and folders for the apps I don't use as often.
