Life Proof Case

^^ Clearly then you haven't read the Element Vapor Case thread....all 145 pages of it....for a case. That's some entertaining reading :D

But I, for one, hopes this case does pan out to be a winner. Would definitely eliminate a lot of my cases that's for sure.

Oh I have been reading that thread as well, even made a post on it lol. Pretty entertaining for sure.
 
I've been waiting since February I'm hoping it's all it's cracked up to be after waiting this long.
I started another thread on another forum that's made it up to 30+ pages.
Let's see how long this thread goes up to when ppl start receiving this case.

People get excited for that ugly, useless case because it has a lot of bling and retards are attracted to shiny things.

The lifeproof case, if it lives up to what it proclaims, will actually be a useful and protective case.

I agree with u that the vapor case is mostly about looks, but there's no need to insult folks who like em :p
 
So, any news on this case? :) I was pretty excited when I first checked out those videos of the case.. I knew it'd be like the Vapor with all the delays and stuff but I am hoping to see this case on my iPhone 4.

Check LifeProofs facebook page out there's a few ppl who have them with loads of vids.
 
Latest update from the company is that they're shipping all orders up to #3051 by July.

used my lifeproof case today for the first time, had a number of people tell me my voice sounded muffled on calls or that they couldn't hear me well... anyone else having this problem??

I received this email Sunday evening. I will post the important stuff. I preordered February 25th and got my actual order link on the second batch last month.

Did they ship it yet ? I got the same email late Monday night.

lol, got this nonsense email at around 1145pm Monday night. "Just wanted to let you know that we are currently getting your order ready for shipping and your credit card is now being processed. We'll send you another email once your order leaves the fullfillment center with detailed shipping and tracking information so you'll know exactly when you can expect your package".

This is just so much BS, why not just send me an email when they've actually shipped it. Currently getting your order ready, lol. What nonsense. They've had my credit card number since 5/30 (it's a debit card, there's always money on it), why are they first processing my credit card. This is bull. I'll probably get my next email in 3 days, on 7/1. That's 4 days between emails. Nice job protecting your lies,
 
Well, now all the "your order is almost ready to ship" emails are being sent out. I'm in the first batch so hopefully we'll see if this unicorn finally becomes a reality.
 
I will never be the guinea pig on something like this, but I am very interested to see if this case lives up ti the hype.

Really like the low profile of it.
 
There are more posts on their Facebook wall about the call recipient hearing an echo / poor audio quality from the person with the lifeproof case on.

Only Negative aspect i see is that it is probably made in China which waterproof seems a little skeptical...

One of the only MADE IN THE USA Iphone 4 cases ive ever seen is on Kickstarter.com which is being made by some company called Opsideo F4. Actually looks good andi hope they begin selling them soon. Anybody else seen this case? :apple:

It's made in Taiwan :) Same thing haha
 
Lifeproof just posted another shipping delay (surprise,surprise). Glad I already cancelled my order. Let's see what fangirls/shills like canamera have to say at this point...

Yea, zero surprise. I'm in the 1100s so will likely get a shment this week, but it's going to be fun watching the fanboys spew blind loyalty for yet another delay and missed promise.

That's just another ugly bumper. BFD. It being made in America doesn't make it better than another case.
 
I believe mine may have already shipped. They told me if I don't receive it by the end of the week to contact them. I'm not a fanboy, but I do have faith in this.

Mine left yesterday also and on its way to Florida as well we'll prob get it the same time.
