The only difference between the iPhone 5 and 5s fre cases are the gore-tex home button. If you have an iphone5 IMO the best waterproof case is the lifeproof Nuud as of right now.
Just installed mine tonight...it's going to take some getting used to having something over the screen. It definitely feels different than just having a screen protector on it...
There is no screen protection though, i have a 5s. I don't care about the touch id but i want a case suited for the 5S camera flash.
You are correct but the Nuud does come with a screen protector that is designed for the case. I don't care about the touch id either. Originally I bought the Fre5s case but ended up trading it in on the nuud. Obsolutely no difference in the flash hole between the 2, both are to small...
*Hope when they do release the nuud for the 5s it will have a suitable flash hole
Local Verizon store at the mall I work at had cases (screen protector area that I could see) in colors red and teal (forgot the 3rd color)

Did you remove the protective plastic that covers the home button while doing the test?
I was considering doing it w/out it, but I'm already mid-way throughout the 30 minutes. I guess I can do another one w/out that plastic protection tomorrow since the manual is for the 5 and even the one they have online for the 5/5S Fre manual doesn't say anything about it.
I don't personally have the new case or the old case but I compared my friends cases together and the new case seems to have a better screen protector. I however don't like either and am waiting for the nuud which I hope comes out sometime soon.
No worries. They released the Nuud for the 5 recently, but for the 5S I think it will be out in December. Personally, I am using the Fre for the 5 on my 5S and it works, so not spending more money on that case.
been using the nuud case for iphone 5 on my iphone 5s. i actually went to cancun last week and used it daily there in pool, beach and it worked perfectly fine.. only thing that sucks is that i have to put in my pin number instead of finger scan, but i dont feel like spending money again just for that reason alone.
What for, just check their website or the ebay sellers. Not going to look any different. I have just ordered a black one so we will see.
It will look way different. On their site it's all distant shots and you can't even tell what is what. I would like some close up shots to see the screen protector, etc.
