I am upset i spent money on lifeproof and it was crap. i dont want people wasting their money on crap that is why i come here and say its crap.

why are you obsessed with me? I'm glad you are happy with your lifeproof crap case

Agreed. Lifeproof is horrible
 
I just picked 1 up at best buy and I am happy with it. I tried the Seidio and after taking it after twice it wouldn't latch on the bottom right corner... The new 1 is alot better than the 1st 1 I bought months ago. I got the new earth colored 1 whatever its called. The only gripe with me is the earphone jack but I just picked up a bluetooth car stereo and use a motorola S9 anyway so prolly will never need the jack... All good here:p

***Just got the new Motorola S11HD and it kicks ass! $130 retail at Bestbuy and they price matched for $69 from target!!!***

yeah anyone bragging about life proof either works for them or is just in denial and wont admit they just spent 80 bucks on crap. i could crap in a box and sell it to you for 10 bucks
 
It's too bad the LP 4 and 4s case was so good and now the iphone 5 case has soooo many bad reviews, the bad reviews far outweigh the good ones whereas the obex probably has 2 or 3 good reviews for every bad one. Only reoccurring problems I'm seeing are the right bottom corner not closing and the mute switch, and a few concerning sound but lifeproof had problems with sound quality call quality oil slicks touch screen sensitivity and cases not fitting properly, to me it seems like a no brainer which is the better way to go
 
There are many who would beg to differ. You have never been specific on what your issue is.

i didn't feel the need to post the many problems that are already well documented with life proof cases. i had all those issues, so i just say lifeproof is crap, its easier
 
Now I could be dead wrong here as I have not owned a LifeProof Case but...

Considering that there have been "6 Revisions" made on the LifeProof FRE for the iPhone 5 and the Forum is littered with complaint after complaint on the case for the iPhone 5. From a logical stand point, considering what I said above, there must be worth and merit behind the complaints considering there have been 6 revisions of the case made to date.

Sounds pretty logical to me that there is indeed some form of existing or ongoing problem with the way this case is being manufactured.
 
I disagree. My first was bad coming from a LP case for my 4. The replacement is even better than my 4 case.
 
I have had Lifeproof cases since they came out. I am a fishing guide and spend about three days a week in salt water environments. I have been rained on, waded, soaked in heavy seas, and dropped my phone more times than I would like to admit. The Lifeproof case has never failed. Having looked at the other new cases, there is no comparison in terms of easy of carry and size. Would I have a Lifeproof if I wasn't on the water a lot? I probably would. Having said all that, I would not specifically take it in the water to shoot underwater pictures (i have other cameras to do that). Yes, the sound isn't perfect, but it's perfectly adequate. You can throw the word "crap" around all you want, depending on what you expect from a case, but as far as I'm concerned, the LP is anything except crap.
