No docks for me to worry about, so I won't buy the 30 pin adapter, but I'll buy an extra lightning cable for work, and eventually another for at home (one upstairs, one downstairs.) Then the car charger.... so I figure I'll drop $70 on stupid cables and such, but I like that it's reversible.

It was 09/21~25 since the store re-opened I believe. No changes to estimated delivery dates yet.

shipping date in Australia as off 5:01PM (12:01am pacific time) it was for my order 21/9 to 27/9. i hope i get it the 21st 😛
We shall use those screen shots if it does not in fact come with an adapter. As consumers we are entitled to such things. No, but really, I hope the box comes with an adapter.

I hope this is true. The only reason I considered buying one is for my car charger, but then I realized that a new car charger would probably be cheaper than buying that adapter, plus the adapter is pretty bulky, but if it's included in the box, I'll gladly use it!
Yep, in the US at 4AM, all black models were "ships in 2 weeks". Ended up ordering from the AT&T store with release date delivery.
Maybe the reason the shipping for the adaptors arn't shipping until October is because they've used most of their stock giving them away with the iPhones?

Option of "additional" wasn't available for me, just the option of buying one. Is this just some random thing. I hope not. But, the conflicting info says otherwise. I placed my order around 12:05am with a 9/21 ship/delivery date.
I highly doubt they will ship with the adapter. It would be great and a nice touch by Apple but it ain't happening.
I saw that hut ordered the new lightning USB cable and it ships in a couple of days.

Wow this is awesome news. I was feeling all crappy because apple changed to 2 weeks and I had to order through AT&T for 9/21 delivery and they don't sell accessories.
Naw Canada, said that from the get go. I guess to accommodate the smaller cities that dont get next day delivery.
In Canada, its just like the image posted by TheMacBookPro, in the recommended accessories it says its included ...

Either way, the adapter is probably not included. You bought a phone that uses the new connector, they're not going to pony up an adapter too I would guess. Not when the greedy bastards are charging $29 for them.
