Lion Launches Tomorrow On Mac App Store

So you saw it the first time, you said:"Oh! A new banner" and then hit refresh and did it again the second time. Good one.
What was the banner about, anyway?
 
i wonder how many idiots are sitting in front of their macs waiting for lion and refreshing the page every 5 seconds.
 
Breaking News - This just in: Lion will not be released as planned. All hardware updates will be put on hold until Hyena launches summer 2013!

Please don't. What do you think the world will gain from a screenshot? Why do people think the world cares about what they see when they refresh the Apple website?

What difference does it make if you see a pear appear on apple.com? Or a cheetah? Or even a LION? :confused:

It is much more interesting to read things like "Downloading now. 0.008% done. I'll keep you guys posted." (looking for the sarcasm tag, but failed)
 
I have been following the thread all night, I am a longer time lurker of MacRumors. I finally decided to register to express my frustration at waiting ALL night! It's not almost 6:30 AM here in Missouri.

Hurry up, Lion, I'm tired!

I highly doubt I'll be able to utilize the enitre bandwith towards the app store server. But even at 100mbps a 4gB file should be downloaded in a little over 5 minutes.
 
Has anyone ever wondered whose going to replace arn for macrumors when he gets old... i don't think i would trust macrumors if arn wasn't in charge...
