Still can't get Statue of Liberty in 3D.

Strange. It's working for me fine. Can confirm that it is also working on my iPhone 4S.

That's because the same image is used for the 2D view.

I'm still not seeing it, I must have a lot of cache.

3D, Flyover, and Turn by Turn requires iPhone 4S or 5/iPad 2nd gen or 3rd gen/iPod Touch 5th gen. Needs a A5/A5X/A6 processor basically.

NYC also got 3D buildings in vector mode.

The visual styling is pretty neat.

I’m curious to know whether they plan to have someone flag every building for whether it should be stylized with vertical, horizontal, or grid windows--or none maybe. I know it’s just a “schematic” city and even the building shapes are simplified “icons” of a sort, but it would be cool to have the closest of those 4 simple styles match each real building. (But I suspect it’s just random and always will be.)
